Alright, I need EVERYONE'S participation on this....
What works best when going to the next level, having multiple tiny upgrades or having that one large upgrade?
One would think that multiple tiny upgrades would help most, but I'm finding if I save up (so to speak) and get that one large upgrade that it really pushes the character to the next level (literally and figuratively speaking).
But what do you think works best?
Word.

My Dementia!
A true dictatorship is like a pit of vipers. It can only sustain itself for so long. At that point in time, it then is replaced by another, more lethal serpent.

depends on the level.
after certain upgrades its all almost the same. there is no real difference between level 8 and 10, except maybe what type of armor you use or weapon. youre also playing in a larger level range gap, the difference between a 3-7 mission and a 8-10 mission.
however on lower levels there is a big difference between level 1 and level 3.
so at a lower level you want big upgrades, something stronger. at a higher level the more upgrades the better. of course the underlying reason to upgrade is higher levels is that you both produce and gain more exp then lower levels.
i recommend waiting for a big upgrade over smaller ones unless youre talking level 7+.

From my experiences, it depends on what the big upgrade is. If it is strength and armor, it can be useable for the lower-middle levels. Hell, my 10 electrum con is working for his armor.

If your config is (highly) succesful at your current level, it'll be quite succesful (succesful enough) at the next.
Just make sure you don't enter too much crosslevel missions with your new level being the lowest able to enter. Build some xp up first(for upgrades) and enter crosslevel missions with lower levels and/or enter missions with your level only.
Tiny upgrades, large upgrade etc. doesn't matter at all. Atleast, IMHO.
Hope that helps.

The above sounds prety straight.
If i remember right, you're about the level 4-5 mark(?) and so id wait for a big upgrade if you have any doubts on your speed, strength or courage.
If your happy with them however, then just spend it, with the game drawing to a close soon and as long as you have a resettable altmode, just go with the little upgrade and switch it back if it dont work.
Hope that helps.

Get a nice resettable alt. Don't get too attached.
Spend on the small upgrades and don't really worry about it until you are getting near the roof of the level. You don't want to push over the edge with a weak build.
When yer 1-2 stats away from the next level, reset. Rebuild into a more potent configuration.
Repeat.
Warning: This will cost much energon for armor if you find yourself resetting often.
