That said as a parent i can tell you your future kids will likely not care what toys you get them. But you mentioning that they go for Xamount of dollars online hints at the possibility that your intentions may not me as noble as you claim.
I may be wrong just saying that's what your post sounded like.


As far as legal recourse any attorney worth their salt will simply show you their terms of service and the fact that they refunded your money plus interest will render your argument moot.
