I was thinking, and there are very few molds that were only ever used for one single release. Like not even a Takara version or vice versa.
Is there one that stands out to you?
For me, Voyager Scorn comes to mind along with Titan Omega Supreme.

Geez, I'd need a list.

MP Barricade, I guess. When movie 1 came out I thought he looked like trash, but his overall look really grew on me. Especially the vehicle mode. And the MP toy captures all of that.

If we count recent toys then Studio Hot Rod is excellent. But I think it's too soon for that.

Yeah, it's very recent. I think the same of Scorponok (we might get black zarak, who knows). MP Barricade is great, I agree.

I'm trying to think of past lines and toys which did not get a redeco. RID line all had takara variations.

In Prime, every character got redecos and retools due to the beast hunters line and Takara's Go line.

The molds in the Unicron Trilogy line were mined well (especially Cybertron), as with the 80s G1. Since many Japanese versions of movie toys were the same, it's more with movie toys that we would see unique molds, like Ejector.

Titan Omega Supreme could always get a rerelease as an Omega Sentinel, or Guardian Robot, but I hope that doesn't happen.

I guess I'd have to say both CC so far Jetfire and Skylynx are both amazing.

While Raiden and Monstructor/Dinoking are characters I really like in fiction, their toys desperately need to be updated. Hopefully the news about MP Raiden will yield some pictures soon.

Transformers Prime Beast Hunters Hardshell.

One of the best Cyberverse Commander class (Core class in modern terms) of it's time. And even by today's standards it's still amazing. If memory serve, it have never ever been repainted nor retooled.

Human Alliance Jazz. More than a decade since that thing came out, and it still stands up. I'm sure the MP version beats it for scale and accuracy, but it's still a really detailed, well-made figure. And for what, roughly $20.00 in 2010? I'm still blown away that HasTak fit such a solid and intricate bot-mode into a car scarcely bigger than his Deluxe counterpart. The motorcycle-to-cannon accessory is also incredibly cool.

Cybertron Menasor and TLK Scorn both stand out as prominent examples.

A lot of RiD2015 cons were also one time uses, and those ones deserved more. They were solid molds. Fracture and Thunderhoof come to mind

Hmmm. Does "Never retooled" mean "never retooled period" (including running changes, mold refreshes, etc.) or "Never retooled into somebody else"?

For the purposes of discussion, I think non-significant changes should be left out. Don't wanna be too pedantic after all.

...I just realized I was being stupid and forgetting that the mold I was thinking of was, in fact, redeco'd. Oops.

Titan Class Trypticon counts so far, although who knows what time will bring. Also G1 Sludge.
