Classice Pretender Bumblebee. I know Kmart sold him along with Jazz, Grimlock, and Starscream sans shells as exclusives years ago as well.

it is indeed pretender bumblebee. Also got sold under the name of Legends Bumblebee

Wow. Until I saw that picture, I had no idea just how far removed from normal, the movie figures really are.

This is a positive thing btw...movie Bumblebee kicks all of their asses just by being in the same picture as them.

And he hasn't even brought out mudhole stompin' yet.

Calssics Bumblebee rules over Movie Bumblebee simply for the fact that he is RECOGNIZEABLE as Bumblebee. Movie Bumblebee looks to have more in common with Sideswipe than Bumblebee.

Isn't there going to be two different deluxe movie Bumblebee's, or am I mistaken?

I really like the new take on Bumblebee though. B still is and will always be one of my favorite characters, but the new version is actually a warrior, not some scout that gets pushed around.

And the Pretender one is cool, I've had mine since I was a kid. The one thing I don't like about it is how there are little black lines visible in the alt. mode, really kills the look for me.

And since we're on the subject of Bumblebee, anyone else consider Armada Sparkplug to be "an honarary" Bumblebee? I do.
