Well, thanks to the Universal Streams concept, BOTH the Japanese and English version of all TF series are official canon, being separate universes from each other.
- Armada - Aurex 802.23 Alpha
- Energon - Aurex 104.31 Alpha
- Cybertron - Aurex 705.2 Alpha
- Micron Densetsu - Aurex 103.10 Alpha
- Super Link - Aurex 104.9 Alpha
- Galaxy Force - Aurex 905.19 Alpha
As for Cybertron vs. Galaxy Force, I'd have to give merit to both versions. While Galaxy Force may be seen as the better, much cooler version (being the authentic, unaltered version), the Cybertron dub actually
improved on some of the weird moments in the story and the excessive use of stock footage. Out of any Japanese transformers series to have been dubbed in English, it had the most competent, most well though out dub of any and all of them.
Plus, to say that Galaxy Force is not tied with Micron Densetsu and Super Link would be a fallacy. While it may have been originally created as a standalone series, TakaraTomy later got on the retcon bandwagon and officially declared it to be a sequel to its two predecessors.
And because of all the supplementary material released for the Cybertron dub, it turns that the English dubbed version is easier to reconcile with Armada and Energon than Galaxy Force is with Micron Densetsu and Super Link.
