dx9 has the small fusion cannon screws that fall off but cool transformation.

dx9 gets you with the 130 price but i bet will soon be making a stock and silencer add on for 450 since there is a nudge for the stock to go.

Apollyon looks perfect and even comes with 905 of the accessories the official does.

The mp is too cartoon accurate like dx9

I still love my appillyon. I don't transform him but i don't transform mp that often. But he isn't getting replaced on my shelf.

Yes I did, and for the price that is now crossed out. That deal is incredible, if I didnt own him and knew what I know I would totally buy him at that price right now.

1 thing though, this seller will not help you with replacement parts if you need them. However, neither will BBTS at this point since its an old product and they may no longer have replacements. So its mroe of a critique to the toy itself than the seller.

i was reading some of the horror stories on tfw and its kinda scaring me. is the second gonna have those problems too. waist breakage etc.

Dont know about waist breakage, I never saw that or read that here. And i ont kow what changed wth he second release. The main issue with the initial release are small loose parts attached to the legs.

And the listing writes the shipping amount, just read the description. He is a china based seller. But this is a china based toy anyway (X Transbot are chinese). Dont know if you are familiar with 3p, but this is par for the course. They have such a higher parts count than Hasbro toys that there is simply more chance for parts to have issues. I have other 3p and its not like Appolyon is worse or better. He is of similar quality.

i only have the pc-05 upgrade set for superion.
here is a better price even cheaper with out the box. while i want the box idk. i might just get it off of ebay who knows anymore.i just dont want one thats been opened before

How you not know about waist snappage?! I posted it in my thread

So you know, the issues with mine are as follows:

Shoulders that were loose. Fixed with new sockets provided in package.
Fingers randomly popping off. Fixed with floor polish.
Loose inner leg panels. Fixed with replacement parts from BBTS, June 2015.
Waist rotation joint snapped. Fixed with replacement parts from BBTS, October 2016.

The second run COULD have any of the issues, all of the issues, or none of the issues. It's really a roll of the dice, as it seems to be with any 3rd Party. This was a huge undertaking for X-TB, and the first one where their QC actually improved. Poor design and manufacturing choices aside, the figure is good overall. From what I've heard, Andras (Scourge) is amazing and Eligos (Cyclonus) is even better. With their redux of Ollie (Wheelie) I'm actually hoping they re-do Apollyon and offer a trade-in like they did with Ollie. I'm not sure what they'd change, but maybe they will change things that break easy.

im sure a bunch were returned. that would be interesting to see im sure they sold a lot
floor polish can fix it but what about nail polish

i hope i make out. ive had some god luck with kos so hopefully its the same.

i hope they are gonna fix it and do the trade in thing. that would be awesome for me and everyone else

I only had two issues with mine. Loose shoulders, fixed with included ball sockets, though not popping off. Just didn't hold themselves up.


The only othet issue is His thighs. They don't securely lock into his pelvis. He still stands, but they don't lock. Otherwise, he's a fantastic figure.

Like mp5, just have to make sure you support areas of heavy weight when transfor.ing so they don't fall and snap. But it's mp, it should be yreated gently.


Also, only megatron to have his canon be top and side arm mounted as per our chouce. That adds alot to a figure like this.

I forgot about the hips locking in to the pelvis! Sort of resolved with floor polish. I've had to re-apply multiple times.

Yes!! And all of the accessories that he comes with too. Can't beat it.

To answer your earlier post Bumblebee21, I don't think clear nail polish worked as well. It seemed to crack and flake off faster than floor polish does. As always, your mileage may vary.

I've almost ordered that KO upscale Feral Ex a few times but I just can't do it :lol

I can attest that Reximus Prime is amazing though. He's the upscale KO of MP8. I adore him. One of my favorite Transformers!!

Bee, that Apollyon KO rumor has been around for almost as long as the figure has been out. X-TB will most likely redo Apollyon before a KO of it ever arrives.

All he did was slap a Decepticon sigil on there, and from what I remember it may have been an extra Reprolabel like Fen suggested. He hasn't been around the forums here or TFW for some time though, so you may not get a response without a PM.
