Now your just ignoring facts so you can back up your side of the argument.
Alright, alright. Show me, in that article, exactly where it says no one intervened out of fear of legal repercussions.

Burn:Anyone notice how much of a boring party pooper N_V is? He doesn't join in the fun, he's spent the last few years with dodgy builds feeding XP to the Autobots, and he sure as heck doesn't spam.
disruptor96: I forgot how insane you were.

Seriously, do you think that they found the people who did not intervene and questioned them about this? I mean, they didn't even pay attention to the people who were the problems at first, why would they look for the people that did nothing to help out? I also think it's time to make this a new thread in The Philosopher's Forum since it is now way off course.

Wow, okay. So your whole idea is that humanity can never be better, and to even TRY to be better is foolish?
Nope. Sorry. I'm not that pessimistic. I still think humanity can be better and there's nothing you can do to convince me otherwise.
And society is judged based on it's worst? By that logic, the Twelve Apostles were pure evil because Judas sold out Jesus.
hellkitty wrote:Actually, later Medieval christian thought has an answer for this. I think it's Aquinas, but I may be wrong. It all runs together after a while and it's been many many years. Strap yourself in, because it's kind of a bumpy ride. The story goes that for God's divine plan to unfold (Jesus's sacrifice) someone *had* to betray him. So that Judas Iscariot was merely acting in accordance to God's will when he betrayed him. Therefore, Judas was obeying God. Therefore, Judas = not evil. Judas is, I believe, one of those guys who will be redeemed in the Last Judgment.
