Questions on my TF

ok well i want to know how to make my TF a triplechanger and how to get it a robot form

You can't make it into a tripple changer. It may become an option at some point in the future, but right now it isn't available for players.
Robot modes are selected on the Upgrade page, accessed through your character's profile. There's a link at the top of that page that says "Upgrade", but it cannot be accessed if your robot is in a mission, the CR chamber or installing armour. Robot modes should be at the bottom, under the tactics.
If you can't select a robot mode you may need to reset the character. You'll want to check if your alt mode is still available before you do so.
