Just received mine yesterday and it is amazing. Each figure looks great and feels solid. Not as many hollow spots as I feared and they have really good articulation. Ball joint wrists and most have great neck/head movement, which are important for posing. Although I really wish Hellbat had the cutout on back of his head to look up more like some of the others, well it would be sweet if they all did. Even the combiner joints on the bots give a bit of an ab crunch and waist tilt to the side.

Robot modes are awesome, alt modes decent, combiner mode is super great. They look super cartoon accurate, which is my preferred style. Weapons are awesome, breast guns and spears. Pretty good stands also. No QC issues I see yet.

All in all I am super happy with it. Victory Saber is my only other HasLab and now my second favorite. My wife isn't that into Transformers, but was jealous at the fun I was having opening up the boxes and playing. She couldn't help but join in. Brawl is still her favorite though and she says he could take them all on, lol.

Got my notification last Thursday. He'll be arriving on Tuesday, but I won't be home to sign, so I instructed them to send it to my nearest Wal Mart so I can sign there and pick him up.

Ugh, Haslab QC strikes again. I have a misassembly on Gaihawk that will not allow me to transform him back from arm mode into either bot or jet mode. The misassembly appears to be on the combiner shoulder ratchet and is preventing the black part for the shoulder connection from folding back in. It was very difficult to fold out as well. I believe the black portion of the shoulder ratchet is not fully into its correct spot within the torso and causing interference with the black part the folds out. I've circled the part in the torso causing the interference and the part of the black fold out shoulder connection where it interferes.

Unfortunately the torso is glued together, so there is no way to safely take it apart to try and fix it inside the torso. However, I do think I can fix the interference issue by sanding down the part of the black shoulder connector where it interferes.

The issue did not affect the shoulder in combined mode at all, so I think my fix should work, but I'm going to wait and see if mine was a one-off misassembly, or if it is a larger issue that may have replacements like the past Haslab QC failures before I try anything.

Did you try lifting the shoulder connection too high? that thing is not meant to go past level with the shoulder, and if it did do that, that is probably the reason and not necessarily QC.

I got mine with no shipping notice. I LOVE this set.

I had JUST completed the Iron Factory one when this set was being funded, and I am very glad I sold it. This set is by far better for me and my collection. It is bigger, transformations are much more fun and solid (Newage and If both have issues where they are really fluid and I hate that), there is far less extra kibble, and the combined mode does not suffer for it.

It is a gorgeous set too. Jallguar, Deathcobra, and Drillhorn are by far my favorite parts of the set, I adore all 3 of them. Killbison is definitely the weakest.

No real issues, and I love how everything tabs in. The combined mode is very solid, and super fun.

I appreciate what they did with Deathcobra, even if the combined aspects aren't the greatest. I originally thought about having him as an arm and leaving Hellbat separate since I love that character, but Deathcobra is such a fun individual I will keep him separate to enjoy.

Overall, another case where the photos of combiners that are used for marketing were no where near the justice the figures deserved. Superion started it, Onslaught looks to continue that, and Liokaiser is definitely far better in hand then renders.

On the holes in chest when breasts are missing, I am OK with it only because it means the breasts can still stay on in alt mode, and the individual spears are what I use as individual weapons so I am not really bothered by not having the breast blasters.
I'm looking for parts, Help Me Out Please!

I tried just about everything including that before resorting to trimming the connector. Mine was definitely a slight misassembly for the should joint within the torso. I could not really get any good photos since it is recessed into the torso, but comparing it to how things were assembled for Hellbat, it is definitely a misassembly. Thankfully the only thing affected was the should connector and the fix was quite simple. I'm also glad that mine seems to be the only case of it so far, which also points toward the assembly being off as opposed to a larger tolerance issue on the design or anything like that.

I'm also really loving the set.
