I just wanted to convey just how positive this recent experience was...
My son got Kre-o Prowl for his Birthday in May and we set aside a bit of time over the weekend to finally build him. Now halfway through the build we realised that one tiny but crucial piece was unfortunately missing and after turning the house upside down we came to the swift conclusion that the piece was never in the pack to start with.
A quick Google search took us straight to the relevant online Hasbro page, however their cite would not allow us to order any replacement parts online and prompted us to call instead. Oh joy.
Now I've worked in a few call centres so I know just how awkward and unhelpful some companies can be to deal with over the phone. However in this case I must say I was extremely impressed, both with the speed in which the call was answered and how helpful the young lady on the end of the phone was. The call itself literally took no longer than two minutes, she apologised, then took some details, and arranged for a replacement part to be delivered completely free of charge!
Now Hasbro's UK customer service has from time to time come under some criticism and most of it justified, however in this case I really wanted to share just how positive this experience was. So well done Hasbro UK.
