Actually, wouldn't Grimlock be a reluctant warrior? He'd still be on their side but, instead of wanting to fight everyone, he'd be trying to figure things out and shy away from fighting.

I had a thought for that CD Red Alert - Megatron kitbash. Keep the rail that his missile/cannon mounts on, and use it for a small aircraft. It could be his search and rescue drone, to help find people lost in the winderness. It probably wouldn't be too hard to kitbash a toy plane into some kind of airborne answer to G1 Roller.

Of course, if the nosecone could be made to fold out a big ol gun for when Megs has to battle the evil Optimus Prime, so much the better.

Wow! you guys have really taken off with this. I think we need someone to start laying everything out and have someone do sketches of the different bots. Then we can vote on which ones to use. I like every idea I've heard so far.

I don't have time, at the moment, to do any actual bashes (if I did I'd work on the fireflight idea, Battletrap idea, alternators HM/TM idea, etc I've got in my head!

). But I'd not mind helping with planning.

Figure we should pick a number to start off with on both sides, maybe five?

bots have red, cons have blue, since that's the way it seems to work.. some of the time... maybe

i had a thought on Megatron, why not make him one of those police S.W.A.T. battering ram truck things. That way you can keep the launcher, perhaps adjust it so he pulls part of it off to use as a close quarters weapon. Maybe a night stick or energon sword??

That would really put him in the defensive mode if he was part of the police force!

ive started my megs. and i love BBA's prime head idea so if its cool with him ? and i think im going to use Cyb prime and mod from there, no fire truck for the real prime!
i was thinking of ratchet as a hearse.
the seekers ans sound wave i wouldnt change at all except the personality of star scream.
shock wave with earth form, taser gun!
grimlock i was thinking of him as pure evil, and smart, like in the DW comics. with the soundwave loyalty. and i still see him as a t-rex.
as for equal numbers i always liked the good guys being out numbered.

I feel like a proud father, even though I didn't even come up with the idea. I just posted a friends idea. I wasn't even sure anybody would go for it. The upside-down Prime head is PERFECT. I think Reverse Prime looks ready to kick some Autocon @ss. " Do it, do it now".

why not have shockwave as a purple ambulance?? Or white alt mode with purple bot?

How about just retelling some of the same stories from the decepticons perspective. They are the police of Cybertron, the Government, and the Autobots are the rebel terrorists, stealing energon, raiding and sabatogueing Shockwaves orderly society. Megatron is the heroic war veteran brought in to bring Prime (the self proclaimed chosen one, religious fanatic who carrys around a stolen relic from the last terrorist leader) to justice.

Another great idea. We really need Pat Lee on this one, but maybe we can handle it without him.
