What is Road Caesar exactaly? I mean I know he is a brainmaster but is one or is he three diffrent brainmaster that make up the parts of Road Caesar.

they were released in the west as motorvators. They didn't have the gestalt parts or weapons and renamed as Lightspeed, Gripper and Flame.
