Some Generations Doubledealer love for you today. As cool as he is, he needs his BFR to really be Doubledealer, so I grabbed the one from my G1 DD and tried it out.

I removed the cannon barrel and pegged the rear peg from the rocket into the 5mm hole on the remaining part. That’s it, fits like a glove and works great. Even rotates and levitates, too. I trimmed the tabs that hold the arms in place on the turret, so they don’t interfere.

For jet mode, you just flip the mount on the swing arm to the underside of the jet, and plug the rocket in again.





And lastly, for robot mode I had to get creative. I took the club-gun-thing from TFP Cliffjumper, and cut off most of the extra bits, so it would give me a right-angled mount with 5mm pegs on each end. One plugs into the rear of the shoulder, the other plugs unto the rocket. Then I took one of the leftover pieces and used it as an extension for the other half of the rocket, so he can hold it in his hand.





Tell me what you think, I love how he looks. Now I need another G1 Doubledealer rocket.

Awesome job. I have a KO Doubledealer and would love to try this. But I don't have that TF Prime Cliffjumper weapon you are talking about.

Very cool idea! Might have to try to track down one of those rockets.
