Thanks S250!
I'm liking this one, the reentry mode is pretty cool.

Re: ROTF Deluxe Ravage package and bios
WTF is "reentry" mode? Ate up and pooped out mode?
Ravage is definitely staying in Jaguar mode on my shelf. Unless one of my cats eats it and transforms it in to the other mode.

Re-entry mode = we couldn't come up with an alt mode so just fold it up and give it a name...

Hm. I wonder if the "One Eyed-ness" is supposed to be an Homage to Shockwave... I hope it's not, but, it doesn't really take anything away from Ravage...

Just because it's better doesn't make it good. Punch to the face feels better than a kick to the package, but neither are enjoyable...

Re: ROTF Deluxe Ravage package and bios
Here is what the card back reads:
Bulleting down through the atmosphere at better than 15 times the speed of sound, RAVAGE considers the data he has already amassed on the small, soft creatures that inhabit this planet. They seem weak and fragile, yet they are the ones that destroyed MEGATRON. That is a fact he will keep in mind as he penetrates their most sensitive installation. Against such an unpredictable enemy, stealth will be his watchword.

If re-entry is supposed to be his missle mode, it's a terrible representation compared to the missle that comes with soundwave.

I wonder if that previous "Laserbeak" chicken mode we saw is an intended secret or just a lucky coincidence. Anyway, I am digging this toy and will purchase it

Re: ROTF Deluxe Ravage package and bios
Don't be so sensitive, the reentry mode looks fine. Yes, it is preferable to the Scorpinok robot mode. Much more preferable. And since they arent bothering with some complex nonsense, it doesnt compromise the cat form, which is what everyone wanted out of this figure anyway.

I would hardly equate this figure to a punch in the face.
Unless it was Megan Fox doing the punching.

One of the few ROTF figures that looks halfway decent. Although how many times will you need to transform it into its re-entry mode? In short best kept as a panther IMHO.

Longs for the days of G1 where we only had to worry about Megatron, Soundwave and Laserbeak wanting to be Autobots, Swoop calling himself Tracks and Slingshot calling himself Slingslot!

Re: ROTF Deluxe Ravage package and bios
Thank Primus they gave him an actual alt mode, even if it is one of the re-entry capsules, instead of the stand-on-my-butt-to-make-a-robot crap Scorponok had.
So instead of 'eject' we've got 'launch'. Close enough to make me happy.
Best of all, that's one badass looking alien cat-thing.
