Bot mode is cool.

Turd mode ... sorry transport mode, is lame (just as it was in the the first movie)

But I actually like the "chicken" fan mode.

I may be getting 2 of these just to do that.

I will probably end up buying this one. I like the look of the cat mode. He and Scorponok can hang out together in their one-usefull-mode.

it's a cool toy nevertheless, but he looks like an ALIEN attached an egg inside RAVAGE and gave birth to this ALIEN/TF Hybrid, "RAVALIEN" as i may say.

Maybe it will be retooled later with a jaguar-like head down the line.Maybe.

I don't even know what's going on in the ROTFL series. I'm seeing transformers like Arcee and Chromia that don't even have feet. Voyager Demolisher has wheels as feet, and he only has one wheel as his feet... like what?

Deluxe Brawl from the first film... which shouldn't even be allowed in the ROTFL is being repainted into the Movie line-up..

Voyager Ratchet is a dumb downed repaint of his first movie version. Deluxe Bumbleebee is milk... as they say on TFwiki, for the sake of selling toys.

It's not even two months into the movie lineup, and infact its a month before it starts and we're already seeing repaints upon repaints.

I'm not one to complain about new toys and subsequently, new repaints, but ROTFL is just taking it in the wrong direction.

because we all know it's just ROTFL version of Jazz in a new silver body.

First off you stole my name. What couldnt think of any thing original? second, I never said i wouldnt buy any ROTF toys. I said id probably wont buy to many. And the ones i said i would buy i said i would rename any way. Did the same thing for the first movie. Every human being has the right to change thir mind after acquiring more info on some thing. Thirdly, I have every right to bash the movie if i so choose. Toys and all. Last time i checked i live in a free country. Ive been here for years and those that read my posts know that i dont like the movies. Didnt like the first one but i did find some enjoyment out of the toys. Same thing for this movie. Im sure ill hate the film but will like some of the toys. Maybe you should do some research before you try and "stalk" some one. Never thought id have some little kid trying to stalk me. EDIT: Oh and by the way i havent "eaten my words". I still hate and will not buy Arcee, Chromia, The icecream truck, The Jar-Jars, Jetfire, and most of the constructicons. Like i said research the person your going to stalk. I like the way this figure looks but hate how he looks in the movie.

Yes, but they have been trying that stuff out since G1. Micromasters, Pretenders, Actionmasters...all of that was a way to do minimal engineering and still produce a 'Transformers' product. (I <3 Micromasters and Pretenders, but it's the truth)

It's just the way it goes.

I think that the movie toys are really incredibly molded toys. The detail and kinetic appeal of the figures is friggen incredible.

(They're still ugly though...)

Maybe Ravage's real alt mode is Alice.

I really like Ravage's jag mode. Not so keen on his alt. mode. It really looks bad. But, I guess if we had to put up with Scorponok in the first toy run, we can put up with this one. I am like many here, I will be getting Ravage, but I am keeping him in kitty mode.
