Here is the basic premise of this game. I have taken everyone from Round 2 into consideration. I copied the High Scores list from last score update. From there, I assigned everyone base points determined by the place on the ranking you sit. 1 - 10 = 10 pts, 11 - 20 = 7 pts, 21 - 30 = 5 pts, 31 - 40 = 3 pts, 41 - 47 = 1 pt. Then I added bonus to your base points. Top Spot got 5 pts, Top in their Faction got 5 pts, AWC and RDD Commanders 5 pts, HMW Mod 7 pts, HMW Veteran (Seibs join date <2006) 3 pts, Major Canon Name 2 pts.
Rules are this:
Win: You gain your opponents point value (x2 if its a shutout)
Lose: You lose thier base value (x2 if you get shutout)
Post your wins and losses.
Keep track of your own points. Honor system here.
The winner will be the one who has the highest average of points per match (total points/total matches). Minimum of 15 matches is required. This is to even it out for those who play less and more than average. Recognition will be given for top scorer, low scorer, and for those to choose to do so, the one who collects the highest percentage of the opposing factions.
The rules are fairly simple. Any config goes as long as its Level 7 and within HMW guidlines. Reset however you chose. This will close on Wednesday August 12 at about 12 pm CST/Seibs time (-6 hrs GMT). I will post what battle will be accepted last. Two hour buffer time to get scores updated and I will ask that it be locked. We are goin on the honor system here.

High-Energy Laser Rifle
You win, you gain their base points plus their bonus points. If you win by shutout, you double those points. If you lose, you get docked their base points. If you lose by shutout, then you lose double those points. Here is an example.
I start out at 0 points. I beat Devastator. I gain 17 points. So my total is now 17 points. I then lose by shut out to CATalyst, since his base points are 7, I would then lose 14 points. My total points then would be 3 points. I then beat Psychout by shutout. His total points are 13 so I would gain 26 points, putting my total to 29 points. I then lose to Titanium Spork. I lose 10 points because that is what is base points are set at, bringing my total down to 19 points. My average over these 4 battles is 4.75 points. The one with the highest average after the time is up is declared the winner. Yes, you can go negative in this game if you lose too much.

Just making usre everyone understand the score as I have seen some make mistakes. When you lose, you only subtract the base points of the person you lose to.
Use my points for an example. I have a base points of 10 along with 8 bonus points.
Beat me -> +18 points
Shut me out -> +36 points
Lose to me -> -10 points
Shutout by me -> -20 points
I see some subtracting the base points plus the bonus points. You only need to subtract the base points of commander you lost to.
