The New Avengers / Transformers Crossover is not even over yet and there is already a rumor about the next Tramsformers crossover, and it may suprise you. Comic Book Resources
has reported the following:

"CYBERTRON VS CYBERDENE

I understand there's a "Transformers/Terminator" comic book series on the way. Will it be Dynamite, will it be IDW?

Will it be as bad as "Transformers/Avengers?" No."

I don't think it could be any worse then the TF/AV. It's pretty bad. It's 3/4 and still nothing significant has happened...not a page turner I can tell ya that.

But if this turns out to be an actual crossover, I'll reserve judgement. Besides, I'd like to see my home state's Govoner get stepped on by Megatron.

We would hope so, wouldn't we? But I think this'll be more involved w/the actual Terminator & not the Skynet machines like the T-100 or the planes.

I hope they kinda camp this up, like the last few GI-Joe/Transformers crossovers.
It makes them kinda fun.

As long as it is better drawn than the Avengers Cross, then I wont mind too much.

The cool thing about this idea is that they can take the idea of holding back the violence and toss it out the window.

I'm wouldn't get my hopes up that this would be terrific, but it could still be a fun read!?!

Won't they just be able to smoosh all the Terminators, who are bigger than, but close to human size.

O.K., nitpick over.

The publishers will just cross Terminator over into anything these days. Robocop vs. Terminator (that one I liked), Superman vs. Terminator (that one not so much), Alien vs. Predator vs. Terminator (check, please!). Personally, I'm holding out for Archie vs. Terminator. :-P

Of course, the great notion of doing a TF/Terminator crossover is that if it's set post-Judgement Day and the TFs suddenly show up on Earth, the Autobots will get shot at by EVERYBODY - Decepticons, Terminators, humans, you name it. :grin:

They cant even use the "they look like humans" "Can't tell who from who" excuses, as surely the Cybertronians would be able to scan the Terminators.

Laaaaaaaaaaame.

What's next? Aliens vs. Tranformers? Predator vs. Transformers? Aliens vs. Predators vs. Tranformers vs. Superman? I'm all for crossovers when they either 1) sound reasonable or 2) sound like good ol' campy fun. Transformers/Terminator just sounds awful. Let me guess, an Autobot ( probably Bumblebee ) will end up having to spend 2 issues protecting John Connor from Terminators! Wow! They won't even have to do any work, all they'll have to do is take the early part of the movie and replace Barricade/Frenzy with Ahnuld and a T-1000!

If this comes to pass than I DEMAND a Freddy vs. Jason vs. Megatron crossover!

This is actually something I've wanted for a long time, but I don't expect much more than lots of explosions.

Fortunately, that's all I want from anything that crosses over with Terminator.

Oh..boy... skynet is soooo geting it´s USB port kicked by Optmus big blue foot.

Unlike the Avengers , that are superpowed humans, Skynet simply does not have any weapon capable of hurting the Transformers.
