There was a thread like this on a forum I posted on back in the day, so I figured we could use one too

. You can post great deals, crazily bad deals, or just funny/interesting things you came across.
I'll start with posting

Wow! Someone actually paid $5000 for a 5-inch piece of plastic?

I'm not judging this guy. I just think spending an absurd amount of money on something like that is unreasonable. But, you do have 1 good point: if you have the money, why not? If I was a millionaire, I'd be buying all kinds of rare TFs left and right. But I doubt I'd spend $5000 on 1 single piece. It's just my opinion. Clearly you, the guy who bought that figure, and probably a lot of others deem it worthy to spend that much. And that's OK. I was saying what I was saying out of my own perspective and value system.

Revival!
Folks, he has reemerged. This is as high as my sights go when it comes to collecting Transformers, but the last time I saw him it was about 5-6 years ago and only 5K. Now look at him

I still really feel the value should be around the 5K mark. With things like
Sealed G2 Stunticons out there for far less I think it's a bit nuts to ask 22K for the big green fella. I tell ya though, if he were at that 5K mark right now I'd be trying to move heaven and earth I'd be working on it.
