Did you make sure it's under the size limits? Cause I just switched back and forth between a couple of mine with no problem.

I notice now that all the pictures have a blue tint to them, unless one drags the cursor over a picture, in which case that picture highlights to its correct colour contrast. I don't know if this is new at your end or whether it's just because I've upgraded to IE 7.
I've noticed that the thumbnails are pale until you hover the cursor over them, at which point they are in full colour. Personally, I don't really like this new feature, as I tend to look at the thumbnail pages when viewing galleries.
