Well, I was hoping from the start for a good movie, and I still am, however, everything I've heard about this movie since the initial announcement has been bad news, at least from my perspective. My view on this movie is that it's all but hopeless. I absolutely hate mindless action movies, and I have never found them even remotely entertaining. I honestly can't understand how anyone can see making this a mindless action film as a good thing.

All in all, my expectations for this movie are so low now that I don't believe it's worth my time or money to watch. I'm hoping something will change my mind on that, which is why I'm still following the news regarding the movie, but I'm not expecting that.

Everytime I hear someone complain about the movie and how they're not going to see it, all I do is smile to myself and consider them one less person in front of me at the concession when I'm getting my popcorn and one less person talking in the theatre.

I just smile knowing that when the movie mania is at its peak on July 4th, that we'll all end up at the theatre, especially as word spreads around the fandom about how awesome the flick is. Curiosity will catch even the most anti-movie guys once the buzz starts getting around.

I can't wait. Saw the latest trailer at my local (only) cinema whilst waiting for Ghost Rider to start.

Had to give the manager a ticking off tho.. he put TF down for an april release (whoops)
