Selling accessories on Ebay

Postby Leonardo » Mon Apr 09, 2007 2:35 pm

Say I have an old Transformer that I want to get rid of and he is complete (in that he has all accessories, but no box or paperwork), am I likely to make more money by selling this chap as a whole lot or should I sell off each piece individually?

Best to keep them together IMO.

Weapon: Turret Gun
id love to pick up a complete magnus - was one of my first Tfs but it got broke by my little brother. Personally id say sell them complete if they are 100% complete you should get more for them. If you had an incomplete thundercracker wth 80% of its parts it would sell for more in pieces but anything complete has an extra factor that makes it worth more than the sum of its parts.

You seem to be in sync with shockwaveuk. I think I'll go with what you two think.

People would much rather buy the complete item. There are usually loads of people selling individual parts off. If you were looking for a figure you would probably bid more for a complete figure than you would for an 80% complete one.

Sell them with the parts. Best bet is to check other auctions for the same figures to see what sells better. But Magnus always sells for more in 100% condition. And since Blurr doesnt have much your better off selling him %100 too.
