I'm not familiar enough to list the differences, but I think it's overall improved QC and some superficial mold/deco changes, but dayum!
I always thought it was a bummer that Eva Convoy didn't have any special accessories, so I'm just do it myself! And sorry D, I haven't opened LordoverD-Maximus_Prime wrote:That spear thingy looks great with Eva Prime!!
And tell me about Overlord, I am really considering doing the double dip
Funny you should mention 36...itscramtastic wrote:I still think I'd like to get an MP36 of some variety, even if it ends up being a KO just due to funds. It's not like I'd be like "ooh look at my official Takara MP36" or anything.
It's difficult to describe. Apollyon is great. Sunsurge is great. But MP-36, and MP-39, are on another level.itscramtastic wrote:So how do you like him compared to Apollyon?

Thanks about the sig, I have a shirt to match - sorry no pics handy.
I appreciate the Cosmo reference Shajshajaki wrote:It's difficult to describe. Apollyon is great. Sunsurge is great. But MP-36, and MP-39, are on another level.itscramtastic wrote:So how do you like him compared to Apollyon?
HLJ... plug... what? Mine was from them and I had no plugsbodrock wrote:I opened my MP-36 upon arrival today, Shaj. Holy hell, talk about a Masterpiece! No nicks or scratches outta the box (and no glue residue for the plug -- HLJ just plugged it in loose!), and I find myself holding him like he's a newborn robobaby.
Megatron, Bluestreak and Soundwave bring my total MP count to 3! I'd consider a KO just so he doesn't get damaged...but I can't stop admiring him.

Mmmmmm... yes? I'd say most are difficult, but not frustratingly so. The only one I find frustrating MP-9 Rodimus ConvoyWingz wrote:Honest question: Are most MP figures difficult to transform?

No doubt I'll do a 100% run on LTTP, but that'll only occupy me for 4-5 hours lol. I mean, I've played it through probably more than 15 times.carytheone wrote:What else ya playing on it?

I've ran through LttP more times than I can remember. 4-5 hours seems short, but it's been a while.shajaki wrote:No doubt I'll do a 100% run on LTTP, but that'll only occupy me for 4-5 hours lol. I mean, I've played it through probably more than 15 times.carytheone wrote:What else ya playing on it?

I'd say I'm an above average gamer, but the internet sure showed me that... good gamers? Are scary good. I ain't that.
My biggest regret in gaming... SMW2: Yoshi's Island. Back on my original SNES, I had 100% on every level, including the bonus levels (which you only unlock after getting 100% for every level in the given world).... except the last one. Bonus Level 6. I just couldn't do it. And I tried man. I probably spent the better part of a day dedicated to that one level. And when gaming rage makes you want to cause massive physical destruction to... everything... it's time to put the controller down
I never picked it back up and tried again though. I still have the cart, but I imagine the save file is long gone by now.
What?! I'm surprised. I'm not one of them, but many regard OOT to be their #1. Incidentally, the 3DS version is the one where I truly did 100% completion. I always had all items/upgrades/hearts, but on the 3DS for the first time I collected all the Gold Skulltulas. Felt nice.carytheone wrote:I walked away from Ocarina of Time and never looked back, but have been recently enjoying it again on the 3DS.
Yeah the drum/hands boss made me rage quit. I got really frustrated, beat him, saved turned off the console, boxed it up and never looked back. Come to find out with the right shoes, he's a breeze. It's a good game and did break ground (in Zelda) but it's not the be all end all best game of the century. Several games on the SNES, PS1 and SMB64 belong in those slots.shajaki wrote:What?! I've never even attempted that game. With my storied past with OoT and the time limit, I decided it wasn't for me. There are ways around those limits, but honestly I'm still not interested. The one I find daunting is Majora's Mask. I just couldn't get into it initially due to the clock thing and saving system. Years later I gave it a good go (after WW came out) but lost interest halfway through. I own the 3DS version too... have yet to pop it in

I've transformed every MP.. at least once since they usually come packaged in alt mode. Except Dirge... I don't think I TF'd him. You could argue that I've done an MP-11 transformation enough times already, but he is unique. I think I was too excited to get him shelved with the other two Coneheads, it was a trio too long in the making
It is heartbreaking man. When an expensive piece breaks... ugh. Like the lil gun from my new Sunstreaker? That suckedbodrock wrote:Perhaps this why I lean more towards CHUGs -- my heart won't break (as much) if I break an arm or leg (not that I ever have - jus sayin).
