Like you needed an excuse to watch anime all day Rewind.

Alright, so uh...time to talk about some serious stuff. This is my senior year in high school, which means in fall of next year I'll be going to college. Said college is about an hour or so away from my home, so I will be staying in the college's (rather nice) dorms. Thus...I'm going to be away from my home more often than not. I'll commute home on holidays, and maybe weekends, but that's it. Now, among all the other stuff I have to do to plan this move, I have to choose some of my collection to take with me. I can't bring everybody. So, I took some quick and sloppy pics of all my current display shelves, which you can take a look at below. I want you to help me decide who to take.

Agreed on Chromewind, they're in by default. Also planning on taking MMC Overlord and MakeToys Prime and Megs (as well as their God Ginrai, but he won't be here until January). I can definitely take more than three figures, so keep the suggestions coming!

Might be a little early but good luck in college next year. I’m only a sophomore in high school right now but I know senior year is coming up fast.

As for the figures, I honestly thought you had more than that(learn something new everyday), but I’d definitely say take Striker Manus and Rioter Despotron. Overlord would also be an excellent choice. As for official figures, I’d definitely choose Generations Springer. Maybe BH Shockwave as well.

However I’m not sure if that’s enough to protect Chromewind from Overlord.

Thanks. And good luck to you too! If it's anything like my experience, oddly enough your junior year is the most difficult. Things ease up in 12th grade.

I do have more, those are just the stuff I have on display. I will have more come Christmas though.

Okay, so far, the list of figures coming along is: Chromedome, Rewind, Soundwave, Shockwave, Springer, Striker Manus, Rioter Despotron, Thunder Manus, and Overlord.

Keep 'em comin'. This is more a priority list than who actually gets to go, I'll finalize things later.

As someone who went to college for 4 year and recently graduated, I'd suggest taking maybe 5 to 7, not that much more. You will be amazed at how many more figures you start picking up once you go to college. I took Springer, and he stayed with me almost the entire freshman year, but he's pretty much the longest staying bot. I got new bots, older ones went home, and now they are all sitting in my room waiting for my eventual new home.

I would not bring many giant guys or a combiner either. Maybe 1 figure larger than voyager. It can get a bit crowded. also take ones you really enjoy, ones that help as a stress relief.

I actually bought Metroplex at the beginning of the spring 14 semester and had him all semester in my dorm. But his size made him an issue at times. Same happened with Fort Max last fall. It is a bit of an extreme example, but it still holds. Fun to have, not fun to transport or really move around.

I'll see if I can get a group shot of the college crew so far once I get home!

Here it is, the current college crew! Taking in the accounts of limited space and such, Overlord will be left behind, but Thunder Manus will still come along. Anyway, given that I managed to collectively fit these guys on a book the size of a small nightstand, I think I'm good on space. What do you guys think?
