Funny if the Twins were the Decepticon Snipers....odd, but....

Anyhow, it kinda sucks to me that they may be gone(I couldn't really tell, this whole thing was confusing...).

They were funny int the 2nd, no doubt about that. I felt the Mudflap should have died when Devastator ate him. That would have been alot better, then in the first 5 minutes of the 3rd movie you have Skids get his face shot off.

or i can just hope in the first 5 minutes they both get killed by Starscream and Thundercracker(Please bring another seeker)

Bay says they're not in so that means they're in. Theres one reason why i wont be seeing this.

I read in one of the comments on the vid that Mudflap is supposed to get his head riped off in the opening scene, then shoved up Skid's ass. That I have to see!

If they were going do this, they might as well had Devastator actually ate them and atleast the people who hated them would gotten something out of it heh. They didn't bother me really, but I'd much rather seen more screen time to Sideswipe or Ironhide in the place of them. (they only had a total of like 6 min. 40 sec.of screen time in 150 mins. ) I suppose the easiest way write them out is say they didn't survive the battle or were sent on some sort of mission in deep space.

I for one enjoyed the Twins, they reminded me of the many gangster-wannabes I've met , but I wouldn't mind if they are dropped, as long as something decent takes their place.

From what I've read, the Smart is supposed to be a Decepticon, and they've blasted it, which is why the car's being tossed. Considering it's size, it'd be great to see Frenzy or Rumble in the next film. That car would be the perfect size for one of those little monsters.

*facepalms* You're correct. I forgot about Frenzy cutting his own head in two, I was thinking purely G1 with that comment. >_<

Let me correct that. I'd love to see Rumble in the next movie, with his piledrivers a blazin', knockin' the crap out of everything. I'd hope he wouldn't be a throwaway character like Sideways was.

I'm still pissed about his death. He was doing absolutely nothing and was hunted like an animal by an extreme game hunter on steroids and stupidity.

The Autobots were wrong in that one. And I won't be swayed.

I love Ironhide(both his G1 and movie version, as he rocks, especially in the game as he's one of my favorites.), and I'd hate see him get slagged again. I got alittle worried in revenge of the Fallen when I saw him running on fire on his chest like he'd taken some serious damage with his weapons breaking off after the big bomb hit. Like no, hang in there man. After the 86 film, that's still a sore spot for my inner 6 year old. (such heroic nonsense...NOOOOOOOO!!! *cries as he has a flashback.)

I disagree. Earth was a no fly zone. They had no business being here. If they didn't wish to be killed they should have stay the heck off our planet. The Autobots weren't wrong when it comes to Demolishor, but they were definitely in the wrong with Sideways. Why?

1.) Demolishor did attack and caused destruction, not to mention countless human lives lost, he was a danger and had to be destroyed. Plus his last comment was just a dick move.

2.) Sideways drove away from the fracus, did not attack anyone, did not harm a human, and tried to run in fear. He said nothing, he wasn't given the chance to say anything, and how do we know he was here in a malicious manner? Who are we to say he wasn't here merely for asylum?

We don't know, because he was snubbed out too soon and never given a chance to be fully fleshed out. Yes, it can be assumed that he was there with malicious intent, given what the other Decepticons have done, but considering he ran like a chicken and went out of his way to avoid conflict....I'd say he was hunted and killed mercilessly.

And no, I don't take Hasbro's bios on the cards and boxes as golden truth. If it's in the film, it's cannon. I don't look at the video games, bios, or comics as cannon. Until the people behind the movie come out and say "Yeah, it all fits.", then I'm going by what the movie showed me.

Why would be take asylum on a hostile planet? What sense does that make? The Decepticons weren't just chilling begging for energon cubes. They even said during the film, they were looking for something. Which was the key to killing all life on our planet. Sideways smashed thru a house to escape and almost hits a human, and could have easily injured people in the process.(he came really close to killing the guy. He just happened to not hit any doesn't mean he wouldn't. The area was for most part evacuated.

He wanted to avoid conflict, he should have stayed heck off earth. Like you broke into someone's house to hide out and steal their stuff, then were upset someone shot you for it. You see how asinine that sounds?

Because you don't want to acknowledge any potential info that would prove you wrong, it doesn't make you right. If you are going be that hard headed about it, why even post as to have a discussion. You just keep saying it's that way because you say so. Not because you are supporting it with any facts from any source, internal or external.

The film showed the Decepticons doing nothing but evil on earth. If he wanted to defect to the autobots, he could have contacted them. Not like they blew away jetfire upon seeing him. They let wheelie join their ranks, so your view isn't holding much water.

Ultimately it always will burn down to the Decepticons don't belong on earth. They can be on any other planet, and the Autobots aren't coming after them. The Autobots are at war, and acted accordingly. It's not murder, it's doing your job when you're a soldier. In this case, a job they needed to be done as the decepticons were two seconds away from ending all life as we know it. They can not afford such hesitation. That gets you killed on the battle field.

This is not G1, stop judging it by Saturday morning cartoon morality. It's portraying it as a war; War is hell. The Decepticons kill without hesitation.(look how much damage Demolisher caused in under a minute.) Besides Wheelie and Jetfire who defected, when did any other Decepticon do anything to suggest they should be given a chance to be reasoned with? I fail understand this sympathy for the devil. (besides being Fans of Sideways.)

He might not been a combatant that moment(starscream opts to flee alot, it doesn't make him harmless.), but he still was aiding their cause. He had to be removed as a potential threat, as wasn't like he was harmless like Wheelie. Sideways might have realized it was a losing proposition to fight being out numbered.

Had it only been the twins fighting, who knows he might have decided to duke it out with them. He didn't stop and put his hands up when they arrived. I seriously doubt the autobots would attacked him if he opted to surrender. He smashed thru buildings and could have easily caused more damage if left alive. What did you really expect them to do with him?
