Recently i got my new editon of total film they have about films coming out in the summer comes witha great metallic transformers poster of the autobot symbol also it has an interview with Shia LaBeouf and it says and i qoute (Just a quick note swearing will be altered in other words as he tends to use some bad language)

"What are the transformers like?

Man, the magic is there. It's like a flipping wizard put this stuff together. They built a small robor that transforms into a cell phone and the stuff really does it. It really moves. They control it. You'll see. He's called soundwave"

So that answres that query soundwave is gonna bethe cell phone orobot that has been seen everywhere

... Soundwave isn't even going to be in the film.

either you are lying or Shia doesn't know **** about Transformers.

Hey it was a magazine article never know it was probably something bay was keeping secret and he just let it out by mistake if you can get your hands on buy total film its a uk magazine i dont know if its out state side though it has the article in it

Sorry that came out wrong (Damn you uni work and lack of sleep) but i think it could be that what you said about shia is wrong could be true would be interesting though if there was some grain fo truth in it

Could be Soundbyte. Maybe they gave Frenzy's old name to the cell phone.

Nah buddy it is definatly wave he does kinda give a few bits about the film away kinda wish i hadnt read it now

Even though the toy version of the transforming phone is not called Soundwave...

This rumor of it being Soundwave was put to rest two months or so ago.

Bay and Murphy have told us, concretely, that Soundwave is not in the first movie.

And, this is not the first time that Shia has leaked false rumors, of his own concoction, about the movie to the media.

Wow, have you been hiding under a rock during the last couple of months? Nobody is telling Shia this information. He is just saying stuff to interviewers and it is turning out to be incorrect; Murphy and Bay have addressed this fact many times already.

Maybe you should learn to do a little research before taking everything you read in an article to be truth.

Nope buddy i go to uni a little further away gloustershire i got to the cheltenham campus its a bout a 2:30 3 hour coach jorney plus its been race week which always adds to the trouble or fun

That doesn't sound fun! Why don't you go somewhere closer? Or do you like to get away from home?

I'm very glad that Soundwave isn't in this film. I don't think he would've worked.

i dont believe it what i do believe is that he not going to be in the film unles they change freanzy name to soundwave.

As posted before (and through out replies here) he is NOT going to be in the film.

This is a moot point and a non-discussion so I am shutting this down.
