Don't underestimate Lightblade this round. I think he'll have the best turn around from the first round.

I doubt I'll win because there's not a whole I could do to improve my build without bankrupting myself installing Electrum armour.

There probably is, I haven't seen your setup for this round so I can't say for sure. You wouldn't nessicarily need Electrum armor, the rank 9 armors are pretty good, dropping damage down to 3-5% It still costs 500k for 10 tons though.

I've upped my secondary stats to as high as I could, and hopefully have a better armour installed, but most of the key stats were already maxed or close to.

And I forgot to swap his weapon before sending him back in.

Energon is the problem, I had 130k to work with, including general costs for the rest of my team.

And now I'm up against Lightblade. This should be interesting.

Poor Maximal is Poor.

I roughly broke even last round (generally managing to avoid shut-outs helps the repair bills), it just means I have to stick to cheaper armours and weapons. We used to have a lot of Energon floating around before the recent crashes but that all went, so donations are light, especially with more Maximals playing this time.

aaaaaaaannnnnd damnit, I thought I was gonna be ready for this,...had all my stats up to where I thought they needed to be except for two, even had all my armor installed beforehand...and then my butterfingers slipped and threw a point in the wrong stat column.... so no I have to sit around for 10 hours whilst my NEW armor (which I've now had to buy twice gets RE-installed!

My luck sucks haha

oh well, still got two weeks for the entire tourney to run it's course.....still wanted in on the ground floor fights though

Only changes I can see is the FP/SKL ranks. Generally, those skills are fairly useless in the arena unless you're running a strafe/ram combo. However, given how few people are running with a high armor, I could be wrong. Over all, your setup looks pretty balanced and effective.

Why does anyone say "I hope you use manual cr."? I haven't used manual since the automatic cr was added and I've never had a problem with energon. I've even gained about 100k since the end of round 1.

compairing 9 courage to 10 courage is night and day. 10 gets like an extra 3 attacks on a 9 courage charatcer.

However, it's not really your call as to whether or not that match counts. I guess cannot was a bad choice of words. I was only trying to point out that I hadnot reset according to my submitted stats. I don't care if it counts and wasn't complaining about the loss. I will not be submitting any matches that I may have won while my config was was not correctly set. Sorry for the confusion.

My city's festivities started today, as it is a federal holiday. Psychout did say approximately the 6th. This is the 3rd.

The closing date for applications is 3rd July (thats a whole week!) and the game is planned to start on the 6th.

As to why I haven't upgraded, although none of your business really, is because most of the last 2 days I've been on a mobile and I assumed it was "practice" time as it was prior to the start of last round.

last time we had 1 day down time, not 3. also last time we were asked NOT to battle untill the spl started, so we couldn't get extra xp to upgrade beyond the given parameters.

If 1 lost match ruins your chances at winning, tough stuff. i doubt 1 match will matter in the end.
