Its possible, just have to hit the upgrade button repeatedly. I'm sure its and honest mistake and ODIN was in a hurry to upgrade his character and missed it, but still should be brought to Psychout's attention. I'll give him the benifit of the doubt since he is still fairly new to the game.

Unless his tactic isn't set right, his minimum stats are what he submitted them as, so, he's not in violation.
I was just curious about the 11. I wouldn't even have enough XP to upgrade to an 11 if it were possibile...

It is a known glitch, and its against the game rules to exploit said glitches. (section 4, part A)

This should have brought it to me as soon as he/she noticed it, especially is its not the stats originally submitted. They have been reminded of the rules via PM and will be forced to reset immediately.

He is still in violation of th rules of HMW, however. He will still be having to reset his guy to conform to that rule. He will be given a grace period to do so and I would suspect any wins he hay have will have to be forfieted or nullified because of the rule violation.

Allow me to clarify so we are all 100% on this issue...

The ability to put any stat above 10 is a programming bug, and to exploit it breaks the game rules, as set out at the top of this forum.

T'HOR has now been placed under SPL suspension, and will be given the chance to explain his/her actions. If that explanation is not sufficient then they will be disqualified from the SPL and will receive an official site warning.
If you see them in a battle over the next few hours please contact me with the details and match link, we will announce if and when the suspension is lifted.


The staff here (Burn and I) prefer to run this game in a light hearted and fun way so all can enjoy the game equally. Exploiting programming errors and not informing the staff of these error's to get the corrected is cheating, and it will not be tolerated.

ODIN has been cleared of any wrong doing.

After discussing the problems and reading his explanation I have decided it was a case of inexperience with a high level character and an accident. T'hor has now been given clearance to re-arm and rejoin the league, and will not be penalised.
No harm, no foul, so I'm letting this one drop.
