Equipment? Fight? Or is this a debate?
Otherwise, Spock demolishes Joker.
He might get under nuSpock's skin, but only if he manages to hit the right buttons. And I doubt that Joker will be able to find out that Vulcan blew up, and Spock lost his mother.

Spock would win this one. Hand to hand Spock would win. Tactically SPock would win.
Even if Joker devised a complex plan of mind **** to throw Spock off his game ,Spock as a brilliant tactician, wouldn't be phased. Joker would be neutralized in the end.

If this is original Spock, SPock wins by using logic. If this is about new reboot Spock, Spock wins by simply tearing him apart or smashing him during one of his fits of Hulk rage.

I'll admit it, I like this battle less now than when I originally thought of it.
The only question is there a scenario where the Joker blindsides original Spock because Spock does not attack him immediately? Original Spock rarely dealt with total psychopaths and would Spock be curious of this barbaric subject.
