Sentinel's Megazarak figure is on sale at HLJ for 9000 Yen, a whopping 80% off the original retail price. That's about $75 USD (shipping will put you back, though):

Yeah, shipping is just about the same amount as the figure in this case. Still an amazing deal to whoever wanted this figure and has the space.
My situation is a double whammy; I both want it and don't have the space. Off to the storage unit he'll go, I suppose.
Keep reminding yourself it's hollow.
Is that a point against it (not as much plastic as you might want) or for it (it's hollow, so stick some other toys in there!)?
Depends on how you look at it. You can't put toys in it, and for the original retail price it's made of vinyl and has no heft to it.

I know you can't stick toys in there... That part was in jest.
The original price was outrageous, but $75 (or more realistically $150+ once you factor in shipping) is pretty great, in my view. I've already ordered him.
He was! Is 75% off not enough for you?megatronus wrote:Unfortunately, Black-Zarrak was out of stock. I didn't even want these figures besides it being a passing fancy. But if times weren't tight I'd have probably gone for it.

Both hlj and amiami. But the shipping cost, though justifiable simply hurt too much!

So you got him at 50%, 22500 Yen, right? In which case, shipping cost you 9500 Yen for Scorponok alone?
I haven't shipped my private warehouse yet, but it's good to know what to expect.
