I saw my fair share of Origins BB. However I don't think there are any left in my area, but heck for $11 ( which is what I actually think it's worth). I'd get it.
Emerje wrote:Distribution really is dumb. I hadn't seen a single WFC exclusive after the Rainmaker and Micromasters sets in Siege but I've seen all of the Buzzworthy releases except for the Worlds Collide set.

Origin Bumblebee is a very good figure.o.supreme wrote:But seeing Origins is on clearance in some areas has given me the idea to check out a couple of the more distant Target stores in my area. I have to go there anyway for other things, might as well check and see.

Not that random, it was recently rereleased and can be found in a bunch of places at MSRP or less.

Only in the USA though.

I did get the jruassic park set, at that price I'm willing to get it regardless of the flaws. I also got several studio series toys that did not make it to Canada (like Ratchet, Brawn and Starscream) as well as Tricranius. I wanted that triceratops fossilizer.

This is the best deal us canadians are going to get for most of these toys, even beats clearance prices. And I don't really understand why you are including taxes since we'd pay the same taxes if we bought them at local retail, it's 15% either way
Deluxes are $13 USD, so 17 CAD instead of 35 CAD if bought locally
Voyagers (and that exclusive fossilizer triceratops) is only $20 USD, so 25 CAD instead of 48 CAD if bought locally
And the Jurassic park set is only $63 USD so 80 CAD instead of 138 CAD if bought locally
I bought 3 voyager priced figures, 5 deluxes and the Jurassic Park set for a total of 323 CAD shipping and taxes included.
If bought locally, that would have been 525 CAD taxes included.
So I just saved $200 CAD, so 40% off the local prices. It's the best deal we've gotten in a looooooooooooooong time.

80$CAN for the JP set is amazing. I thought the one I got at 115$CAN was the best deal.
I'll take a look but I have the feeling that everything on sale will be things that I already have.
EDIT:
Well, I did manage to find things that I cannot get otherwise. The total price wasn't so bad especially now that deluxes are 35$CAN plus taxes. Plus having Hades Megatron for the price of a freaking deluxe was an opportunity that I couldn't pass up.
