Yeah mine are coming as well, on Monday. A full month ahead of schedule. Rather inconvenient financially, but I don't think I can bring myself to cancel the order... FOMO sux...Emerje wrote:Just got a confirmation email from Amazon that Hook and Long Haul are arriving Tuesday!

Of course the build quality is much improved with the SS86. UW Devy is just the regular Hasbro one with an "upgrade kit". The original Titan Devy is just an amalgam of empty tupperwares snapped together. Light, hollow, and soft. Like, Authentic level.
The new SS86 will be much, much more expensive than the old titan overall, but you'll have your money's worth. Those will be at least "real" Transformers. With the quality you can expect from regular Generations toys.
So, instead of paying the absurd after-market price of the UW, you're better off with the SS86. If you already have it, keep it. The UW/CW Titan is still not so bad for its original price, and it would be a nice comparison with the SS86. Plus, it can be useful for remaking iconic moment when Devy is depicted grossly out of scale with the rest of the crew. Especially if you use Core/Legends scale figure with it.
If you don't have the old titan, no matter the version, get the SS86. If you're made of money, get both.
I see. Thank you. I had debated getting 2 copies of Devastator, and since Scrapper and Bonecrusher are out, I thought maybe I could make a temporary cobbled together Devy until Mixmaster and Scavenger get released as well.Roadbuster wrote:Bonecrusher can fit in both sockets. But Scavenger and Mixmaster are not able to swap legs due to the ports on the legs being uniquely molded for Scrapper on the right and Mixmaster on the left.

There are no plans for a Devastator giftset for either 2026 or 2027 right now. They encourage us to buy the Constructicons this year rather than later. They are already knee-deep in 2027 planning and are intentionally not planning a box set so that they can move on to other Combiners they have to get to.

For Superion you would need at least the arm bots to complete the image. But yeah the leg design is a huge fail on Hasbro's partTill-all-R1 wrote:Rodimus Prime wrote:I had debated getting 2 copies of Devastator, and since Scrapper and Bonecrusher are out, I thought maybe I could make a temporary cobbled together Devy until Mixmaster and Scavenger get released as well.
I've contemplated getting two, mainly because i don't really want to have to keep taking it apart whenever I want to display the Constructicons separately . That's why I really like the new Aerialbots/Superion, I only need Silverbolt to form Superion. That way if I wanted to I only need two Sivlerbolts and can display the Aerialbots separately and pit Superion and Devestator against each other on a separate shelf. But with Devestator I kind of have to buy double of them all to do that. And the fact that two of them are Voyagers simply adds an extra $20 to the cost compared to Superion.
I see. Thanks.Sabrblade wrote:From this news post:Rodimus Prime wrote:What are the chances that the Constructicons will see a boxed set release as well? There are no plans for a Devastator giftset for either 2026 or 2027 right now. This is the undersized K.O who is the same height as the standard CW combiners, right?
Mkdlmr wrote:I've had to repair my UW Devastator on several occasions, so a better build quality Devastator has peaked my interest, but getting a clear answer on the SS86 version hasn't come to fruition.

Correct. He's about an inch taller (12 inches) vs most CW combiners which are between 11 and 11.5, but yes; that's why I had him in my collection, and why SS86 is a nice replacement.
