I never got a complete unicron and this looked like a really well done piece. It was also rather cheap compared to what collector items usually cost me when from abroad. Not the toy itself, but the shipping and duty which usually adds 50% of the cost of the item (like it did with MP Shockwave). I always liked the mold and this was a nice and different enough version to have in my collection, so I said why not.

Yup, but its 1 minute of my life I dont regret anything of.

I didn't knew you were the kind to spend the big bucks on special repaints. The exeption to the rule being for things that are truly special like that Unicron. So, congrats on that score!

Now to make things even more interesting is trying to find the now ultra rare 3P accessory, the Throne of Chaos. This thing make the planet mode GLORIOUS.

Oh, and one thing to realy make that translucent Unicron POP is some nice LED lighting from below and above. Kinda like I did for my MP-03G.

I got mine in Japan 2 days ago too. I opened the box but didn't take it out of the packaging yet. No room and my last "anime" version broke its wing in the last big earthquake in Japan (fell off my display cabinet), so I'm not taking any chances right now).

I got Nemesis Prime and Wreck-Gar too. Haven't opened Wreck-Gar but NP is great. Probably the best POTP figure I've bought so far. I'm glad I didn't get the regular OP version.
