Btw logan, how'd you feel about "Fortress"? I popped my Shout DVD of Headmasters and it is quite unnervingly sweet that Fortress is a near carbon copy of his anime self.

Has Legends Hardhead been released yet? Because Youheidx has done a video on it and also has done one on Fortress Maximus if that interests anyone.

Fenrir, I think LG/TR Fortress is a great, evocative robot, but... I think also his alt modes are enough poor, the comparison with the G1 alt modes is overpowering... I love the deluxe Cerebros, an awesome guy in my opinion, full and with the electronics.
At last, IMHO this titan is a good great CHUG, but not the ultimate Fortress version^^

Oh no kidding. The head and the smaller head (Fortress) are awesome. Master sword incorporation I can live with. But the body/transtector? Can't hold a candle to the original. A good CHUG as you said.

When he said "Fortress", I think he was talking about the Deluxe figure, rather than the whole Titan, since what we called "Cerebros" in the West was a different character named "Fortress" in Japan.

Some Deluxes have been know to be rather big. The Animated Deluxes of Lockdown and Blurr, for instance, were taller than most of that line's Voyagers.

Some Deluxes have been know to be rather big. The Animated Deluxes of Lockdown and Blurr, for instance, were taller than most of that line's Voyagers.

True. He's even taller than skullcruncher and scourge the tallest deluxe as far as I know

IMHO Cerebros is simply a super deluxe : it's the real star in the Fortress Maximus box, it's tall almost as a voyager class, weight: 130 grams (without sword, for example Blurr weight: 70 grams without gun), phrases and electronics...

... And I think Legends Blurr is the best deluxe class into the first two Legends/Titans Return waves.

I am really tempted by this. Because the colours they use actually help bring out the alt modes. Especially his spaceship mode which looks like a mess with the hasbro version. here is looks nice and clean like an imperial star cruiser.

Looked good before but now we have a better image it's flat out gorgeous. Stunning paint job; very good job Takara.

Also glad to see they're taking advantage of the Headmaster gimmick to swap out what heads each dude has with no extra budget to make a new piece. Makes me wonder if we'll see a use for Doomshot

Not too fond of Legends Blurr's headmaster's legs being a completely different colour. Only turn-off to the Takara version so far tbh.
