The green one was indeed adapted into BWII Megastorm, but never released in Japan as is. I'm honestly surprised G2 Megatron is regular Japanese retail despite being a retool of Blitzwing.
O, and Windblade already has Fracas... well, her Titan Master has Fracas' chest.
