Now that I think about it... they kinda screwed up. The Encore Big convoy would have been more suitable for the Legends line, and this blue boy would have been more suitable for the Encore line

I definitely want him to go with Magna Convoy. I never thought we'd actually get this figure since e-Hobby exclusives seem to no longer be a thing in favor of TTM. These new pics aren't as blue as I would like so hopefully it's just bad lighting.

This is shocking.
I honestly wonder if this toy will actually have any real connection to Big Convoy as a character, as it's quite possible that its final name and bio could instead depict it as the still-unnamed Leader of the Primus Vanguard, who was himself a repurpose of the old Lucky Draw blue Big Convoy figure.

I hadn't realized before now, but seeing this comparison pic between Blue Big Convoy and Encore Big Convoy shows that they don't have the same headsculpt. Encore Big Convoy has a new cartoon-accurate head while Blue Big Convoy keeps that of the original toy.

Turns out I was misinformed. Yup, sculpts are the same. Pulled up the original Big Convoy and all details match up.
Even then, it's always prudent to check the claim yourself first, before passing it on. Don't wanna jump the gun (PotP Punch's gun a reuse of TR Arcee's? I don't think so, I checked), now do we?
What would be important to verify is if the reissue has kept Ultra Mammoth's retooling to the anchor missile launcher.

Blue Big Convoy avalable for preorder at Anime Export. This is a TTMall exclusive, so basically AE is not getting them directly and you have to pay a mark up, so it comes out to a little $92 USD before shipping, which would probably be another $20 or so.

Thanks to a post from Seibertronian Sabrblade and via Dengeki Hobby, we have news from the 58th All Japan Model Hobby Show, running this weekend, that the Legends line continues on, and is still pulling out new molds, as we have the reveal of LG-EX Big Powered! Big Powered is the combined form of Dai Atlas, Sonic Bomber, and Roadfire, AKA the Powered Masters, and is shown off here is all his gray model glory. He appears to be a whole new mold as well.
EDIT: He appears to use components from Overlord/Sky Shadow and Twintwist, all from Titans Return/Legends. So not quite a whole new mold, but still some unique potential mold reuses!
Big Powered only ever showed up in the pages of Zone as the combined form of the above mentioned Powered Masters, which themselves have put in only a small number of appearances in media, so it is incredible that we appear to be getting whole new toys of the team.
Check out the gray model images below, and let us know what you think of this bizarre reveal!

Upon closer inspection, Dai Atlas seems to be an extreme retool of the Overlord/Sky Shadow mold (if not an all new mold simply based on that one), with the same being said about Roadfire originating from the Twin Twist mold.
Can't quite tell if Sonic Bomber is all new or likewise uses a preexisting mold (maybe Misfire?) as a base.

Can't quite tell if Sonic Bomber is all new or likewise uses a preexisting mold (maybe Misfire?) as a base.
I agree, I was looking at the bottom tank part and it looks like Overlord/Sky Shadow's tank component, and now that you say it, that definitely looks like Twintwist up top
