Mostly I'm impressed by the strength of Max and Plex's arms. My Metroplex is holding a golf ball-sized pyrite sphere in one hand.
I feel like this would look really good with Greatshot and Grand Maximus, since their color schemes seem more compatible.
Now all you need in that pic is a word bubble with a good Stallone or Schwarzenegger action movie quote in it

Yes. Now go to your room and don't play with yourself.

shadowstitch wrote:Just got my Hot Rod and Kup today. I don't know why I expected any better from Hastak, but Hot Rod has Space Herpes and the same hairline windshield crack that is present on every single Titans Return Hot Rod I've ever seen. If you think yours doesn't have it, you're not looking closely enough.
Kup has a paint chip on his cheek and his head crest, and one eye only half painted, which is not something that should happen on figures this expensive.
That's the last straw for me: no more importing. At least with local domestic release figures I can cherry pick paint jobs and return ones that are defective. One step at a time I'll beat this stockholm syndrome I've developed towards a company that really doesn't live up to my expectations anymore.

Where is this hairline fracture? I'm looking at my TR Hot Rod and I don't see it.
Cyberpath wrote:I wonder if Takara will also release the Scorponok head, hopefully with a character I'm interested in. If they release it with a "Rebirth" Cerebros that would be ideal.
RodimusConvoy13 wrote:Got these two guys today. They are gorgeous! Fantastic looking figures.
The Targetmasters are awesome. Definitely like Firebolt the best.
No crack in the windshield that I can see. Hot Rod does have the bumpy lip, but I had to get it very close to my eyes in order to see it.

Me neither. Where is this crack supposed to be? I see nothing.

The crack is found on the Legends version only, in the clear plastic hood piece. Sure, makes the flame look cooler, but making the figure more prone to breakage?

But... but... shadowstick clearly said, "windshield" and bolded, "every single Titans Return Hot Rod".
I think he is talking about something different entirely.

Should I go for this or wait for another site to have him?
