Got my Nightbird today (and a couple of fairly boss kfc swords) and she is glorious (the swords too)
Interestingly, TT seems to have compromised on the hands, and thinned out the plastic strip on her palms. It's still there, but lets her hold more of the handles now; I have a small enough knife to cut it off, but I'm not sure I want to; some of her joints creak so much
Even more interestingly, TT designed her sai's with a notch cut out, so she can hold them properly while retaining the structural integrity of her hands![]()
Well played TT, well played

I hope this gets resolved quickly.

Oh man, sorry to hear that. That happened last time with arcee, windblade and chromia but it was widespread and an e-mail was sent out. Doesnt seem to be the case this time.
I also hope for you that it gets resolved quickly, I hear anime export are not great for customer service. Give us an update when you can.

Really? Because mine seem identical.

All those shortcomings are due to the figure having originally been Animated Blackarachnia.Wolfman Jake wrote:Blackarachnia is kinda...underwhelming. Do her legs/shins lock together solidly at all, or just flop around the swivel mid-shin? Also, mine seems to have an big unsightly gap right in her upper chest below her neck. You can see clear through to the back of her. Is that supposed to be like that, or am I missing a transformation step? It does look like her neck and head are raised a bit too far up, so if they could be pushed down, it would fill in that weird gap and improve her proportions.

Sorry to go off topic for this but I think MP Grimlock would argue that

Legends Swerve would argue that as well (and maybe buster Optimus Prime)

Swerve could really use some extra articulation, especially on the legs. That dissapointed me quite a bit.
Though I do agree that I cant conceive a better version of the movie Opitmus design than Buster Optimus Prime.
Maybe that could be a list, top 5 most flawless Transformers. Buster Optimus Prime is good, and MP Grimlock as well. I would also include animated Rodimus and a few other MPs (wheeljack maybe)
It doesnt have to be ultra subjective, we could look at it from the standpoint where we are looking for the transfomer toy with the least flaws, or least negative things we can say about them.
And that is different than best TF, since the amount of work and ingenuity might not count as much if the design is simple enough. A Simple design can still be perfect, as can an overcomplicated design, when looking at what it is trying to achieve and if it achieves it.

Movie leader starscream and bw injector should be on that list

Technically, is there a flaw with injector aside the fact that he is one ugly transformer that shelfwarmed so hard, he was still around when RID came around? Is that a flaw? Maybe not, would be a fun honourable mention just to get an idea of what Flawless really means to some people.
But yes for Leader Starscream.

Swerve is my favorite mold that I own. He is the definition of fun! Yes, he could have more articulation, but if he did he would be on the level or up of 3rd party, and who knows what would happen then.
Movie leader Screamer is another good one, as is animated Rodimus. I think we have us another top 5 here Will!

I dunno, that chest-to-waist ratio on animated rodimus is fairly horrifying to me, how 'bout gen Springer instead? Ya know, the greates tf of all time

another fine mold and example of ingenuity. They should not have made a legends repaint though. Hasbro won that round and takara should maybe just stop trying
