Me too.
Well, it's what shadow panther said to use earlier in this thread as well. There's no way around getting the rivets out of her torso without just permanently breaking the figure.
It would be awesome if someone would make a clear video on how to do this.
All this talk made me decide against getting one. Is this a particularly bad problem? I mean is there really a huge hole in her chest?
Same. Also, her simulated human mammary structure is analogous to a D-cup size.
If you do order from JP online shops, good luck as she is sold out.

Optimizzy was asking about how bad was the gap among other things noticeable. So I responded. Bigger simulated mammary glands compared to the TFA version and good luck finding her if she orders from Japan.
So there was nothing to derail in the first place

No "bobby trap" intended on them

News on the Black Widow misassembly from user
Buster Darkwings of
The Allspark:
I noticed in the Amazon JP reviews that TakaraTomy is apparently not fixing Black Widow after all, they're taking a "it's not a flaw, it's a feature" stance. They agreed to take a look at mine when I contacted their customer service, but I'm guessing they still won't fix it. I had an issue with MP Tracks so I'll have to send them a package anyway, so I might as well see what happens with Black Widow...

It's not that much of a gap, I don't see why such a massive fuss is being kicked up. I don't remember this happening with the Animated BA, and she has the same thing.

The Animated toy had its torso assembled correctly.

But doesn't she also have a gap just below her neck? The same size as this one? Or do I need to pull my Animated BA out of storage and have another look?

Ugh, those greens are just so wrong and off-model to Springer's cartoon colors.

I'm not feeling it. If I get any version of this mold it'll be Hasbro Springer, or possibly Sandstorm. One or the other. Maybe both, but probably not.

Sandstorm might be the better pickup. A really excellent retool. I leave the VTOL as a jumpjet backpack of sorts in bot mode. It's a cool mold and worth getting at least one flavor of.

While Sandstorm is cool, I suggest springer simply because there is a breakage issue with sandstorm near his wrist area. Also, I have more of anattachment to Springer, but by attachment I mean that I know who he is

Springer is the better of the 2 to me as well, not only cause I know who he is, but also because that mold works so much better for him. Helicoptor sword man!

They're really not horribly far off his character model.
I'm inclined to think that people might be right about them photographing badly.
