Looks like Victorion will have some competition modeling the latest *ahem* Cover Plates
If someone doesn't do this soon after Megatronia is released I'm gonna be so mad
Likely because, aside from Dust Up's head resembling Nightbird, none of the headsculpts look enough like any preexisting fembot characters to have been made into them.Optimizzy wrote:I like them making a decepticon team but why didn't they use iconic characters? Make a team out of the vilest decepticon females?

As a first time buyer from TFsource, how soon after HLJ do other stores generally get takara products?

I would have liked to see new heads from them. Why not go all out? they usually do.

A-frickin-+ reference, Mav.
Thanks! I read it and immediately thought of it, I assume DeadCaL was kinda referencing that as well![]()

Good thing they technically all don't, then.Kurona wrote:I just would not be able to see these characters with their Autobot counterparts existing in the same universe.

BATTLEMASTER IIC wrote:I just paid for UW Computron. I got it from AmiAmi because at the time I was looking to pre-order the set about two months ago, AmiAmi was the only website that had the UW Computron pre-order available. The other websites stateside were "sold out" of their pre-orders.
So I ended up paying about $160 for the set, so the exchange rate screwed me up. Of course a couple days ago I checked BBTS and UW Computron's pre-order was open again. I could've saved $15 going through BBTS. Such is life

Pfft, you youngsters with your PreCures and your Shuffle Alliances. In my day we had the original card motif Sentai team!
I was actually trying to draw a Precure comparison with the Dokidoki girls but aside from purple being spades, the colors and suits don't align.
For Japan, these are new heads. This is Takara's way of releasing these heads in Japan.Optimizzy wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Likely because, aside from Dust Up's head resembling Nightbird, none of the headsculpts look enough like any preexisting fembot characters to have been made into them.Optimizzy wrote:I like them making a decepticon team but why didn't they use iconic characters? Ultra Mad wrote:I really hope I love that Computron combiner because it's the first time buying from Japan cost me more then buying from BBTS or TFsourceDamn you exchange rates and expensive shipping. On the other hand, I really couldn't have imagine myself with the Hasbro version on my classic shelf.
