Devastator is made of six robots, not five, so he should be bigger than the "Scramble City" teams in terms of raw numbers. The proportions of the combiners compared to the singular characters varied from scene to seen, or even shot to shot. Scale consistency was never in the show to begin with. Plus, Devastator has always been one of the early gestalt attempts, so it makes sense that he's in a different league compared to the Scramble City gestalts, who follow a very different design philosophy. Doing silhouettes only works if fans hadn't already seen all the Titan Constructicons in February. 
Realize it's for the Japanese Takara market. but most adult fans in Japan did see the February pics.

Constantly asking multiple times in almost every thread. For the bigger toys to be made smaller is just annoying.
Asking for toys to be made smaller only has merit, if it gets done all the time.
Think it's only been done twice with HasTak and that was over Ten years ago.

Re-colored Nemesis limbs would be awesome here, just as blue/purple sweep/armada limbs would be awesome for Cyclonus. That's the genius of this line - repaint potential up the wazoo! Hopefully eHobby capitalizes on that.
