I see some noteworthy things in the comics:

- The insignia above the door on the first page is for the Cybertron Guard, under Shockwave's command.
- Speaking of which, the thing Moon Heart (the blue one) is seen tinkering with is a so-called Head Guard, seen in Desertion of the Dinobots pt. 2
- Shockwave is still called by his original Japanese name, Laserwave, while Legends has rechristened him Shockwave.
- Like Optimus Prime seemingly recognising Galvatron being Megatron reborn in The Return of Optimus Prime pt. 3, Mega Empress recognises him as her "husband" and knows Cyclonus by name as well.
- On that note, Prowl seems to be familiar with the Woman Destron, explaining Mega Empress' backstory.

Stupid comic, Now I had to pre-order the set.

I was going to wait, but the fear that it may sell out like Grand Galvatron made me jump now.

Personally, I love the way they're portrayed. Even if you don't want them so man-crazy, I can see them just being a gang of girls causing trouble. More like a outlaw gang than an evil army.

Though I think Moonheart and Lunaclub should switch names. The pink one that is all in love should be named after the heart.

Odd thing to be picky about. She's loosely embracing him from behind in the first shot, and I was skimming it at work. Shoot me.

If it is a combiner team it's clearly related to Unicron in a way so maybe this is the unite warriors Baldigus that was hinted at a while ago? I don't see any obvious molds in the silhouettes though except maybe vortex (top left) and brawl ( bottom left)? Or maybe this is another off the wall combiner but Takara doesn't usually milk molds. Very interesting.

So, they really went through with reviving Convoy in 2021. Well, he's gotta die again sooner than later since he's gotta be dead again to be revived again as Star Convoy some years after this.

Trickdiamond gathers Lunaclub and Moonheart to declare that the time has come to rescue their sealed-away empress, Megaempress. She's irked that they're doing their nefarious plotting in Lunaclub's room, filled as it is with posters and merchandise of Starscream, and Lunaclub protests that it's just because her big sister Moonheart refused to lend them hers. The group's plan is to make their way into Shockwave's base and awaken their leader, as the seal was undone when Cybertron exploded. Moonheart is suspicious of Trickdiamond's presence, seeing as she only cares about money, but Trickdiamond assures her that she too wants to experience Megaempress's greatness. The three fight their way past Shockwave's Sentinels and locate Megaempress, slumbering together with her most loyal soldier, Flowspade. On being awakened, Megaempress requests that they update her on the current state of the Decepticons.

In the year 2021, Megaempress leads her 4 Guards to the battle between Lynxmaster and Grand Galvatron, using her fusion railgun to disassemble the Autobot combiner. Faced with the empress's power, Grand Galvatron's limb components panic and make a run for it, leaving Galvatron and Cyclonus alone with her. Meanwhile, Lunaclub chases down and latches onto her own object of affection, Starscream, wanting to take over the Decepticons alongside him or better yet, be possessed by him. Starscream is uninterested, refusing her with the arguments that there can only be one leader and that he can't possess other bodies in his current half-ghost form, which prompts the scorned Lunaclub to choke him. Moonheart is surrounded by the Autobot Disaster Relief Team, who she diagnoses as suffering from heightened electro-adrenalin levels. Her treatment, a blast of healing pheromones, leaves them weak-kneed, disoriented and happy to follow Moonheart's command to reveal their combiner joints. She proceeds to remove the parts with her sword, as using the "joint energon" within them will allow the 4 Guards to combine with Megaempress. Flowspade corners the terrified Breakdown and Roller and subjects them to her "Transplay" ninja art, forcibly transforming them into giant knuckle weapons that she uses to battle the Autobots. Trickdiamond merely watches from the sidelines, having no interest in fighting for Megaempress's sake and knowing her strength doesn't lie in fighting anyway, but in manipulation. She turns to Thrust, responsible for breaking her out of jail in exchange for her help in overthrowing Galvatron, and threatens to reveal his betrayal to Galvatron unless he lets her talk to Unicron.

Galvatron tries to defy Megaempress, who playfully responds that he can't resist her "secret power": the ability to captivate the heart of any Transformer. As she threatens to drain Galvatron's energy with a kiss, she's interrupted by the arrival of Optimus Prime, resurrected at last! She easily knocks him down with her crane, reminding him as well of her special ability and offering him the position of her second husband, but Prime is able to fight her brainwashing allure by stabbing himself with Megaempress's weapon and shouting the name of his true love, Elita One. Recognizing Megaempress as an even greater threat than Galvatron, Optimus Prime unveils his new combiner form, Convoy Grand Prime, granted to him by the Oracle. In response, the 4 Guards come to their leader's aid and combine with her into Megatronia, who attacks Prime while expressing Megaempress's desire to make all men her servants and create a Cybertron dominated by women. As the battle rages, Optimus Prime remembers what the Oracle has told him: his frequent deaths and resurrections have taken their toll, and even Vector Sigma was only able to grant him seven days worth of life.

The question then is ....who are the next "strongest" Unicrons? Only Grand Galvatron's limbs can be categorically called his "minions". What about the sweeps?

Man...that last panel has me torn. I think UW has gone pretty well. You have 10 great all-around combiner teams (5 Bots and 5 Cons) Adding another, if it were made up to be Unicron, would throw off the Balance of power, but then again, TT would probably make it too awesome to pass up....unless they countered it later with a Primus themed combiner

Seibertronian Cyberpath has alerted us to the full comic now being available for Unite Warriors EX Megatronia! The comic is 8 pages long and the story is written and illustrated by Hayato Sakamoto and features a very bad set of gals as they tear through and frighten the living sparks out of 3 separate combiners. It also includes a teaser for yet another combiner dealing with Unicron and the rising issues of the current combiners. This has long been speculated, the only problem is Hasbro's is so far off, and with TT's strictness for animation accuracy (which I appreciate), I doubt this will happen

I'm a firm believer that Liokaiser will happen, however these silhouettes are most likely Ruination. You can see the vortex, brawl, rook/swindle and onslaught molds. If that's not ruination then I have no idea what else it could be. I do think though that if these are just straight repaints (with new guns?) that it might be a way for them to fund something else, possibly Liokaiser. Or maybe not, only time will tell.
