I have done more scans then you can count....and it always tell's me that it found and removed all spywear and 3 days later its back again.It most be rooted in the hardwear somewhere.

That sucks, use a new Firewal then, and once it removed stuff switch of you Pc, then disconenct the electricity then switch it on again.
They created software that hangs onto the ram as long as the ram gets juice the virus will reinstall itself.

I've tryed with 4 different firewall programs and 3 different spywear removers and still the same results but I'll try that little trick you sugested.
