I regret buying the Signal Flare mold (got the movie one). Apart from that, I regret getting movie Ironhide, but not because of the mold, I love the mold, but the individual figure I bought is slightly faulty.

Hehe. They now belong to my roommate, but thanks.

I forgot to also mention Movie Deluxe 74 Bumblebee and basically all the drones from the latest movie.

Yeah I liked them at first, but then I realized all I really wanted were the original G1 versions of those figures (except Jetfire, since he's basically a Macross figure).

For me it's the movie Swindle. Worst impulse buy ever. Currently being used for parts and a door stop.

all the movie toys, because i DID NOT have the FORESIGHT to see that they'll be repainted into much better-looking toys when i first bought them. caused me a lot of headaches trying to get them, with the scalpers and hoarders jacking up 2nd-market prices here. :-x

Movie Leader Megs.

I almost responded with "none," but Megs is getting an indubitably superior paint job soon, so it's a figure I either need to buy twice or never feel quite happy with the one I have. Otherwise, I've never bought anything I haven't enjoyed thoroughly.

The Titanium Ultra Magnus, even though I only paid a tenner for it. What a stupid Tit he is! His arms fall off, some of his wheels don't touch the ground in vehicle mode and the missile launchers have to be put on upside down. Urgh, what a waste.

By far Titanium Soundwave. A die-cast Soundwave sounded cool and he was brand new(at the time), so there was no one to warn me.

Luckily I traded him for a classics Megatron which I liked a 1,000 times better.

Movie Swindle and Cybertron T-cracker... ugh... SO not worth it even at retail.

My biggest mistake thus far has been the Luke Skywalker SWTF X-wing... Jeez, I don't know what possessed me to buy it. (Yes, retail as well thankfully)

Glad that I didn't bought Movie Payload...He looks nice, almost Shockwave-like...but I heard many complaints on many parts falling off or freeing themselves away even when you leave the figure alone..

Wow, never seen someone so disappointed with the classics line, it's usually received so well...

That being said, I usually do my homework before buying anything, so Im not terribly disappointed in any of my purchases, but my most disappointing one would have to be movie barricade. Sure his car mode looks fantastic, but to me its a little disappoiting when that's all you want to display a transformer in.

Yeah! me too...i do a lot of research or scan fig reviews on most characters before I pick them up. :D Information is power, indeed! I hope this would help other buyers and collectors... :)

Deluxe Brawl: the shoulder thing  And those floppy little fins on the front, and the cheapy little "missile launcher" pods on the back corners of the turret. Oh, and the cannon is kind loose and floppy on his arm in robot mode. Even retracted, it's too long to hang off his arm like that. It just seems like it was poorly designed and poorly made.[/b]

This will probably sound strange, but I regret getting all of the Masterpieces. Don't get me wrong they are great figures, but I just don't get as much enjoyment out of them as I do my "regular" transformers. I'm afraid to even touch my MP Megs for fear that something will break, I've heard so many horror stories about broken shoulders, stripped srews, etc... For the amount of money I've invested in MP's I could have gotten a lot of other figures I've been wanting.

Seems Movie Swindle continues to swindle TFanatics everywhere.. I was almost tempted to get him esp during times of TF figs drought in various toyshops..
