AlienQuiksilver wrote:Insurgent, it should be mentioned ... there is no house in the background when Ironhide scans the TopKick. There are only trees. I suggest watching it again.
I will agree with you on how he runs in the field though. He runs just like Prime did when he was under the bridge.

I'm not trying to convince anybody of anything. I'm just stating that there isn't enough evidence for us to know who is who. We can guess, and it is sure fun to do so ...
... i'm just aggravated at some of those in other threads that discuss this, and how they can be SOooo sure.
I guess my post was a bit angry, doesn't make sense to anyone who didn't read my earlier posts. Even then ... I'm just fighting a battle I cannot win, and my added emotion isn't helping my cause.
If it flows fine for you ... awesome. Not for me at all. I could come up with a million reasons to justify my own analysis of this. Also, I could think of ways to defend your view point just as easily.
The simple fact being ... nobody wants to read that long of a post.I'd be surprised if anyone finishes reading this one ...
The fact that there are such debates about it proves that the landings weren't thought out very well. The protoforms all look somewhat similar, so it has an overall generic feel to it. Don't get me wrong, it's quite awesome to watch. It would just be nice if they made it a little more obvious on who is who.
The only obvious one for me is Prime. In the pool. LOL! Everyone else thinks it's Ironhide? This kills me. It's fine though, because one of the great things in life is that we all can see the same things ... in a different way.
It just really looks like Prime to me. It totally resembles him, as far as his build and certain details that I mentioned previously. His standing tall on top of that hill, right before the highway truck scan ... looks like the exact same bot that came from the pool. I haven't watched the scene in a while, but the legs are what I remember focusing on ... for the most part.
It looks enough like Prime, for me to ignore the order in which everything takes place.

Me, Grimlock! wrote:Was it Jazz who landed int he field or was that Prime/Ironhide? I say "the field" as in the one in the ad that gouged out the hill and then landed. It was Jazz who was "more awesome than Armageddon," right? Just trying to remember. It's been a few weeks since I last saw it.

Then the debate, is it Prime or Ironhide?
