it is prowl.if you zoom in on the logo above the front tire you see anautobot symbol inside a police car symbol(like barricades 'con logo)

i dont know... it just looks like a sheild with a badge then a red line... it dosnt really look like the autobot symbol to me

I've got to say, I', buying into the binaltech reference idea. It really wouldn't make sense to me, that after all the effort Bay has gone through to distance himself from the G1 designs, that he's sell out like this on the sequel. If I had to make a bet, I'd say that they either use this in the scene where they intro Prowl (who I personally bet on being a police bike) or in some scene with a returned Barricade. Certainly not anything so unorginal as a straight homage. It'd just look stupid if Prowl was the only G1 Centric Autobot....The design aesthetic is completely.

You know, whether that turns out to be Prowl (which would make me insanely happy, even if he is just a Malibu..) or kind of a "kudo" to Prowl's alt-mode, it would still be awesome

I'm still voting for a Prowl vs. Barricade scene XD Hey, a fangirl can dream right? ;;)

As much as I want Prowl in TF2 he should be a better more muscular/badass car but thats still a very nice car just needs to have a little aftermarket added to it

Every car in the TF line that looked like that has been Prowl but it could also be Barricade. He may have changed his look.

Why would they not use a Buick (still a GM product) for Chinese car??? Note to Bay and Associates: the Chinese love Buicks and with may kick ass, Chinese Buick concepts to choose from, it would fit the "China" theme a lot better than the Chevy Malibu. It's a nit pick but the devil is in the details. The Chevy looks OK but is a bit bland.

Whoever that is, if it is truly Prowl, they either got that vehicle from the New York Police department, who uses Chevy Malibu cars or got it from a dealership. They then painted it that way.

Either way, I am up for good cop vs. bad cop battle.

it may or may not be prowl everyone thought prowl was barricade at first until he had decepticon logo on him with the
name barricade, bumblebee all the fans thought he aws going to be volkswagon bettele car when they heard
bumblebee was going to be in the first one but he turned out to be a camero and looked how that turned out.

could be prowl it may not could be an autobot with a decpeticon name or an autobobt with a deceticon name or someone entriley new to the roster. time will tell

New York doesn't use Malibus, they use Dodge Chargers.

Could be Prowl... but then again, lots of people freaked out over spy photos from the first film, when people saw a crane and thought it was a Constructicon...

... and it turned out to be... you know... a crane.

I mean, they are filming in a fictional Chinese city. You'd think with all the giant robots blowing stuff up, the Chinese police might just make an appearance.

It would be nice if it was Prowl. Really, if you think about the classic 1984 G1 Autobots you could make a case that Prowl was the most important one of those characters who didn't make the first movie.

I do hope it is Prowl, for no other reason than it would make Cascadia do backflips of joy in the middle of the movie theater.

Someone a page or 2 ago mentioned how they weren't sure if the Bethlehem filming was supposed to be China, but according to the papers here (my store sellls the Allentown newspaper)the filming is done there to make it a "fictional Chinese city"
