Both look great, but a few things i don't like;
Dr. Crank
- The hook looks like a clothes hanger, why not a normal silver painted hook, that would look a lot better than this stubby thing it has now.
- The robot face looks a bit odd, he looks grumpy or something.
Structor
- His arms should be all green as well as his back so the purple colour isn't visible in his vehicle mode. Other than that this figure is bloody perfect and with Exgraver my favourite as of now.

I ordered from RK.
Saved about $20 from the price at BBTS.
We shall see if the savings was actually worth it, but DAYMN-A-BUDA-BUDA-BUDA these look sweet!!!
I've kept the pages open to these images all day, and just keep going back to look at them.
I haven't been this excited for any TF product, official or 3rd party in a LONG, LONG time.

Pre-ordered, can't wait for these guys.

Not caring about scale since 1984. Just like Hasbro.

i am with you on that one! hasbro and takara has been dropping the ball lately. i am glad there are 3rd parties like tfc, fansproject, igear around. this figure alone has rekindled my collecting craze.

They made the guns look like that so that they can combine into a (G1 accurate) gun for Hercules.
I never knew that. In my opinion that was a horrible idea. They could have just molded a seperate gun with the kind of money were shelling out on this set. The guns didnt need to combine. It has always been acceptable for guns not to merge with the alt mode for storage. It is not considered cheating. Now were stuck with tube looking things for weapons. Oh help us Venksta with a set of six guns and a Devi head with a visor...

It seems like the guns are the least important part of this project...

I used to believe Robot Kingdom was the answer to life. That is until I went to checkout and saw how high my shipping rate was. Everything you save on price gets gobbled up in shipping costs. If you place a really large order you might save 15-20 bucks. But for one or two figures you break even with BBTS prices. Plus BBTS helps you save on shipping with the pile of loot feature. Just a little friendly advice from someone who tried that route before.

Except RK's shipped price is still cheaper than BBTS' base price. If you already have a POL brewin', fine, you're only going to save a few bucks with RK. But if you're starting from scratch or plan to ship as they come in, you're going to save at least $10...not to mention you'll probably have yours in hand about the same time as BBTS is just getting their stock (if not sooner) so you get to bypass their always increasing warehouse period and the additional shipping wait. There are advantages to BBTS, but price and speed aren't some of them.
And FWIW, I think the combining gun deal is bad-ass...

Went to RK and added both figures to my cart for shits and giggles and it only came to a $14 savings which I feel is a decent price to deal with a domestic company.

+1 on bbts because they are based in the usa. if anything goes wrong with the order it will be easier dealing with domestic retailer. even tho i do think that their prices are wacked some times.

I like the combining gun idea. And the individual ones look fine, too.
