Elita 1 died in The Reign of Starscream.
According to Blurrz, her name is Moonracer.

If Blurrz got that name from the Transformers Wikia, then it's wrong. Otherwise, we'd need to know the source before knowing if "Moonracer" really is her name.Jacob P. Galvatron wrote:According to Blurrz, her name is Moonracer.
And I doubt it is becuase Hasbro had previously tried to get that name before and failed to because some other company owns that name.

I don't even think they made it yet.

To be honest, I guess I'm more curious to see what it looks like and IF it combines with the other two, rather than looking forward to buying it. I was hoping the movie would've at least gave it a name or something.

As for trying to follow a continuity between the comics and ROTF, yeah, good luck with that. They can't even keep continuity between movies. If you manage to do that, could you explain to me the sudden reappearance (with no fanfare) of a gray-repaint of Blackout?
HK, oh, look, anonymous fembots. Yippee.

Think more along the lines of G1 Reflector.hellkitty wrote:I thought I heard the group referred to collectively as 'the Arcees'. Yeah, I've seen the blue bike labelled as Chromia, too. But it makes me think that "Arcee" in the Bayverse is a collective term for the identical fembikes. You know like...the Bimbos. The Ronettes. The Supremes. Don't know what that makes the pink bike or if we should feel confident that her name is "Arcee". The Arcees all had exactly the same holographic driver.... That doesn't mean that they combine into one--they could just be, y'know, like the anonymous bimbos in rap music videos. They all look alike, too.
That would be Grindor.hellkitty wrote:As for trying to follow a continuity between the comics and ROTF, yeah, good luck with that. They can't even keep continuity between movies. Only the toys have different names. In all fiction, all three are "Arcee".vectorA3 wrote:3 individuals sharing the same mind? Wth? Then why give them different names?
G1 Reflector was the same way. His toys were "Spectro", Spyglass", and "Viewfinder", yet all his media appearances refer to the three collectively as "Reflector".

Did they really ALL get killed?
Cause I only saw the blue one get clobbered, and that was just one shot.
Did all three die? Or did just one die? Or did none of them die, but they still got the scrap beaten out of them?
I really want more movie-verse fembot action.
I was hoping they'd get more screen time, or at least more then ONE line.

This is complicated to answer. A long while back, Michael Bay said that he didn't like Arcee and so stated that he wanted her killed off in the movie and had doen so.Siren Prime wrote:I got a question about the bike girls.

Then the movie comes out and here's what we see: the purple bike gets shot and screams in pain, the pink/red bike gets shot and screams in pain, and the blue bike just takes cover by a wall and avoiods gettign shot.
Some say she's dead, others say she's not.
The exact fate of Arcee (components and all) is currently unknown.
Well...vectorA3 wrote:no kidding? Did the catalogs have those names? or just in the box??

To add more confusion, on the website of the guy who built the bikes (though from all signs, he merely shipped them out to be painted), he says that the pink bike was a ducati 848, the blue bike was a Suzuki BKing, and the purple bike gets... and leaves it at that, suggesting to me that, as it was explained to him on set, only the purple bike was blown up.
In reality, it's an MV Agust F4, btw.
I'm holding out hope that none of them died, since it wasn't expressly stated, but I haven't gotten far enough in the novel to see whether the script spelled out if they died or not.
Either way, I'm hoping to see more bike fembots.
