I am all kinds of behind on threads, and I don't know how!!

In other news, whilst attempting to come up with a list of bots I'd like to part ways with a few MPs were in question. I have since changed my mind and they'll be staying as will all of the MPs :lol:

The two in question were Road Rage and Lambor(Sideswipe), along with most of the Seekers, Ultra Magnus, Rodimus Prime...

But I digress..

Here they are on the desk!

It's like the turtles are checking out some sweet rides :lol:

And here's Road Rage by herself.

Road Rage..everything does tab in quite well. It's just when you start moving things around that things come untabbed, which is fairly annoying. That and her dang floating head. Gives you great expressive poses (like above) but otherwise it just seems like a whole lot of plastic is missing for the back of the neck and back area that could fill in the backpack.

A few things to note. One of my biggest complaints with Sideswipe was the panel gaps in the doors. I fixed that by properly transforming him finally. Just last night I realized there are little tabs on the dashboard area that his toes peg in to. I always just kinda directed them up that way without thinking there was anything else to do. Blew my dang mind.

Looks pretty noice.

BUT, one of the other things of note is the paint on this guy. Not great. I know it's an issue for pretty much errybody, but it does suck. Orange peel on his shoulders, off-center Autobot tampo, not painted well enough on the translucent areas, there's a bunch of nitpicks I have. Here's the other crazy thing, even with those feet not tabbed in, he would roll just fine. Now he's just ultra smooth looking when he rolls :lol:

He does approve of his brother FINALLY being released.

So there's a little photo update. I think I may be switching focus again..I may keep The Headmasters based Titans Return/Generations figures, and maybe the bots that make up The Headmasters cast (which included some TF:TM characters) just so I can clear that out of my head. Then stick with MP (officials only, just 'cause I'd buy them anyway to replace my gap filler..with the exception of Apollyon!!) and Prime/RiD for fun toys to toss about.

Everything else must go!!

But not G1.

So basically, Alternators, and random CHUG, and maybe Bayverse. Ugh I'm ridiculous.

So. Just within the last few days I decided I need to thin the herd. I probably mentioned it last week somewhere..

ANYWHO!

The G1 stuff I have, the MP stuff I have, the "Headmasters/TF:TM" Generations style stuff are definitely not going anywhere. My Combiners aren't either.

That does leave a lot of stuff that may be out the door.

I also determined that the "Aligned Continuity" stuff is very cool and I wouldn't mind having "best versions" of specific characters.

In the last round of selling stuff, I sold off regular voyager TF Prime Optimus as I also had regular voyager Beast Hunters Optimus. I figured some day I'd start work on BH to get him looking like he did in the show. Well that day was Friday.

BH Optimus looks like this in the show.

His toy looks like this..

Not. Accurate.

So, I'm trying some things. This is where I am currently.

One coat of paint, definitely need more. Gotta figure out how to snip off those spikes, but black electrical tape worked awesome on the windows!! The inner leg faux tires will be painted too, I already painted the wheel portion of it. I'm trying to leave as much of the plastic untouched as possible, I'd rather not re-coat the whole thing.

That is the MechTech weapon from Dark of the Moon deluxe Lunarfire Optimus Prime. I think it also came with Dark of the Moon voyager Optimus. It is serviceable, and I already had it. I liked it better than Ultra Magnus' hammer gun, mostly because it is red and gray already :lol:
