I'm actually kinda weird, once I get a figure where (or the way) I like it, I don't want to touch it. Part of the reason I've been bulk displaying figures in neutral poses and creating temporary spot light displays. Forces me to play with the things and stuff.

My Weirdwolf hasn't broken yet, and he was transformed pretty regularly. I think he was the best of the Decepticon headmasters.

Alpha Trion, no question from me. He was my favorite and still is a favorite. Really good mold, awesome sculpting, and awesome paintwork, premium even.

As for best mold overall, Triggerhappy would win that race, followed not far behind by Topspin.

Windblade actually makes for a very beautiful headmaster too. Her face was perfect and pretty much everything about her was perfect save for the size of the cockpit on her back.

Edit: after rereading your answers I wanted to say that what ever Prime Tak redeco'd A3 into has a gorgeous paint job, but isn't my favorite mold in the world. I like ship mode.

TH is a quite amazing space plane mold. The clever use of the arms makes one of the cleanest plane thing alt modes I can think of.

Beachcomber is teh awesome. I just like the way he looks best with a TM pal at the wheel.

Hardhead/Quake is pretty fun to buddy up with though.

He's always getting in to trouble.

I like Quake's colors and head sculpt much better as well and I'm team mouth plate. In fact his head sculpt is one of my favs.

And nice desk crew Cram!! I have yet to take more than 1 bot to work (if you don't count A3 with Lione as his shield) but I'll get there! And that crew looks sick too!!!

Awwwww, doooood! That's so good it should have been mine! Cobs pointed out that you can pull his arms out a bit to fluff up the mane.

I didn't even think about TMs integrating with the bits they came with.

I do like how Lione and Shuffler and even Ramhorn all integrate with their transformable bits. I think the best integration is the dinosaurs though (Overkill, Cancer, Grimlock) with the TM legs as the jaw and the arms as the dino arms

The dinos are my fav of those lil guys. They are just fun to play with. Lion-o is a little on the hollow side and the elepho twins just tuck away to the point you wouldn't notice them missing. I do love the double nostril trunk cannon in tank mode. It's a shame Ramhorn only has a horn. I guess he can well ram bumpers with his horn. His name is so appropriate right now.

Last night I was going through these.

I think I may try to get the collective series of Beast Wars on DVD and watch it through. Including BWII and Neo. Just to see which, if any, characters I may pursue as figures. BW Optimal Optimus sure is lonely.

Flippin' Takara needs to get on the Galvatron and Jazz train. I'm thinking Jazz will be a mix of the Transform N Rollout and MakeToys versions. Galvatron just better not be monkey fighting lavender..
