You missed the main point of the tournament. The goal was to take cities. The side which outscores the other within the tasks, gains that task for the city. The most tasks within the city, the city is gained by that side. The side with the most cities, wins the tournament. JP has his way of explaining it better in the first post.
Good to see the overall list though.

Wasn't that:
1 person completes a whole city(list): 1 point
Sum of bot points vs. sum of con points to determine the citys fate

Evolution Prime wrote:Lets say 5/
complete Task X of City Y, and 7
/
complete the same task. That task them belongs to the
/:PRED:. The most tasks gained in a city by a faction, the city belongs to that faction. In the event of a tie in tasks, then it is the overall tasks completed in that city by a faction, then that is the tie breaker. An example of tha is that in City Y, both the
/
and
/
have four tasks. Then it would go to a tie breakers. So if the
/
have a combined total of 20 tasks complete to the combined total of 18 by the
/
, the tie breaker goes to the
/
and they control the city. Then whoever controls the most cities, wins the tournaments. Overall scores do help in the event of a tie in cities.
I was nice to see how overall each faction did though.

Of course we all know that was just Alpha Strike trying to cover his own arse.

And how did anyone complete the wait two minutes before you do your first action? I reset someone down to 0s in courage and speed and still was making actions well before that.

Tends to happen in bigger missions 6-10 per side. Not everyone can attack in 2 minutes, so the last guy it often going to be outside of that.
Plus, it was speed you should have knocked down, not courage.

Well, for decepticons it was easy.
Strats to do it:
1. reset to 0 crg and 0 spd as you said (as I know, they both could influence it)
2. join missions where the opp is heavily outnumbered - less chance that you'll be picked from your side
